About

I'm a Certified ADHD Life Coach with over 10 years of experience. I partner with clients to maximize their strengths, build self-esteem, and develop tools that will help them reach their goals. Clients will have support every step of the way and have a safe, nonjudgemental space to reflect, consider new angles, explore strategies, and take the steps toward the life they want.

It's so rewarding to see clients flourish before your very eyes! Clients often come to me feeling defeated and overwhelmed. After a few months, they see that they have what it takes, they know where they want to go, and they have the tools and support to get there.

My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD when she was young. She struggled with emotional regulation, making friends, and staying focused and organized. I watched her self esteem crumble and decided to learn as much as I could about ADHD so I could support her. In the process, my husband realized he had similar struggles and was diagnosed in his 30s. Their journeys inspired me to pursue this career. I want every person with ADHD to discover their strengths and overcome the barriers that have held them back.

I have over 10+ years working with the ADHD community. I am a Certified ADHD Life Coach through an ICF accredited program and a background in education. I am so passionate about my job because I have seen coaching transform lives firsthand.

Yes, I do offer sessions through Zoom. I have clients from all over the world, so most often my sessions are done remotely.

I offer virtual sessions to all clients. For clients like want to meet in person, I am happy to wear a mask if that is what makes them most comfortable.

I offer parents support and guidance as they raise strong-willed, and sometimes difficult, children. Parents will learn new strategies to decrease yelling and power battles, all while building up a healthy and positive relationship with their child.

I am passionate about healthy relationships, whether it is with a child, parent, friend, partner, or with themselves. I help clients understand healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, forgiveness, and practical tools to apply in their lives.

I offer accountability for clients as they pursue their wellness journey. I personally believe in a wholistic approach that integrates a healthy mindset and balanced lifestyle. This includes mental health, sleep, nutritious foods, movement, and gratitude.
