After visiting with you I have no idea why we stayed at Banfield for so long. We were given quick service and everyone was so nice and friendly.

I want to specifically point out the tech we had, Cynthia. She brought in coloring pages for my 3 year old, when I found out I could pay today and not have to go on a payment plan she was happy to change it even though she had already done all the work. She also helped me out to the truck, holding Gaia and my 3 year old’s hand while I got my 3 month old in the truck and helped get everyone in. She then texted me when I was home and not crazed to schedule a follow up. Never in my life did I receive so much care. I am so grateful. More...

Always at least a 20 min wait to been if you are lucky. Usually over 30 min. Service is expensive especially for being made to wait so long. Vets are knowledgeable.

We have a 12 year old dog that was not doing well and we took him in and he saw Dr Kang and it was the best experience ever. He got down on the floor with our dog and also took time explaining everything and then later that day called us to check on him. More...

There are appropriate words to express how much your teams care and compassion for both Scooby and our family means to us❤️ Being a rescue pup Scooby started his life in a shelter and has had multiple visits to different facilities for puppy shots, neuter, and vet check…he hates the car but he loves visiting people…still your facility is the first time I have seen him not look absolutely scared to death in an exam room which speaks volumes to me as did your genuine care and concern for our sweet boy! Dr Sherrill did an amazing job as did the rest of the staff communicating with me, providing information and options then keeping me updated on Scoobys progress through surgery and after! Every owner speaks to what their furry family member means to them but this boy is truly incredibly special and has brought so much genuine joy and happiness in our family there is no price I could ever pay to adequately express what your care of him means to us! The fact that you work with your family’s on payment plans and very reasonably priced services speaks volumes about your integrity in providing services for our beloved pets as well and is another way you show that you are in the business your are in for all the right reasons! We drove almost an hour to bring Scooby to you for the above reasons! The compassion, skill and service we witnessed is the reason I would continue to drive past so many vet offices to bring him back to you! As a medical person I saw a level of care that sadly exceeds efforts of many of our human health providers and sets an example anyone caring for the most vulnerable members in our society would do well to learn from! Thank you will never be enough but from the bottom of our hearts we sincerely thank you for your care of Scooby but even more so for your genuine care and compassion for him❤️ Competency can be found in many places but competency combined with genuine concern and compassion…that is priceless! This hospital is amazing. A sister Veterinarian placed a mass email for emergency surgery for our pup, Meisha. This was smack in the middle of the Holiday season. Arrow reached out, immediately, and said. "We can help your baby". Emerg surgery happened 4hrs later. Not only quick, but pampered my terrified Meisha dog. The surgeons and Staff are thee best! I love them, cuz they loved Meisha. I will be transferring all my furry family to Arrow Vets on Thunderbird! Very reasonable rates, to boot! More...
