The trip to NYC was great and Greg was professional. We arrived on time and actually ahead of schedule. Gave us time to look around a bit and see somethings we would have not seen. Would definitely use the service again. This is a addons to the last post for the return trip. We got off the cruise ship and were standard the end of the pier and I got a text from Pete saying he was on 50th st and would be there in 15 mins. I called him and told him we were all standing out front and I would look for him to drive by. Pete was great, loaded everything up and away we went down the road. Glad we took Arrive N Style on this trip as I would never drive in NYC. Thanks to Tammy for helping us arrange everything, also the upgraded rides we had. Went from a 15 passenger van to a 15 passenger bus to a 30 passenger party bus on the way home, great experience will definitely check into using their service again.Ed More...

Tammy and Greg were SO friendly, and our day was a blast! Tammy eased my nerves as we talked for over an hour when I was booking the limo, but I was nervous because our trip was to be in northern NY and the bus was coming from PA. I worried that the driver would not find us and that he would not be able to locate the places on our agenda. I had read so many horror stories about limo services before. She assured me that everything would go as planned, as it did! My daughter's bachelorette celebration day was so enhanced by being able to take this large limo party bus. I couldn't have been more pleased! Greg did a great job, and the GPS he used did not fail us. He found us, and he delivered us to our very remote cabin without a hitch. He was also full of great advice as far as calling the next place on the list and even ordering food on the phone so we could keep our schedule for a boat ride that evening. He was so patient. Thank you so much Greg, you were wonderful!!! You're flexibility and willingness to be helful was amazing!! You drove smoothly and comfortably. We were very happy with the service and people working in arrive n'style limo. They were extremely flexible, friendly and easy to work with.( Tammy rocks!)I rated this a 4 because I did expect the bus /coach itself to be in bit better condition( I expected foot rests , a bathroom and a little less bumpy, it seems the shocks weren't so well maintenanced) but this may be an unrealistic expectation, We never asked or discussed this.Thank you so much,Shira h More...

Booked the limo bus for my daughter’s 16 bday to NYC for the day. Driver was friendly and on time. Ride was comfortable and spacious. The limit was 30 and we had 20 which seemed perfect, 30 may be right for a long ride. Bus was stocked with water for us and champagne glasses. We found two glasses to be slightly dirty but otherwise ok. There seemed to be cold air down by our feet where there were no heat vents. Loved having use of Bluetooth for music!
