In today's world, it has become extremely rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers and works on an ethical basis as opposed to one that is solely money-driven. I can safely advise to my community that Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts is one of the good ones. I am a first-time homeowner who happened to purchase a home with a wood-burning fireplace that I know absolutely nothing about. Unsure of the condition of our fireplace, I thought it would be best to have ACAD come out to perform a chimney sweep since it was unclear as to if/when it has ever been done by any previous owners of the home. Levy came out to our home and very transparently advised that our fireplace really was not in need of a cleaning. Instead of doing it anyway to collect an easy $200, he took the time to educate us on wood burning fireplaces and how often they need cleaning and how we can tell when the time comes. Truly, I cannot think of the last time a business opted to undersell me so I am absolutely in awe of the practices that this company chooses to follow. With the summer officially coming to end (at least according to the calendar) my wife and I wanted to get our chimney swept, so it could be safely used when the temperatures in PHX actually drop. We also hadn't gotten our air ducts or dryer vent cleaned since we moved into our home a year ago. Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts was great! I sent a text to them (they were on the phone when I called) and I got a call back almost immediately to schedule the service. We scheduled it for 8 am on a Saturday and the technician showed up early! Credit to him, I'm not a morning person, so I would struggle with that. The full service was $700 for our 1500 ft2 home. Definitely worth it to have a safe fireplace, clean & sanitized air ducts and a clear dryer vent. More...

I filled out the online contact on Saturday Labor day weekend.  Got a response from Becky Sunday afternoon. Appointment set for Monday .  Levi called Monday and said he would be on  time.  Very friendly and professional.  Did a great job (hadn't been cleaned in years) , MUCH better than I could have done myself.  Cleaned up very nicely. Very impressed with the service we had done by Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts. Jaz and Levi came out to clean our air ducts and then I added on for them to clean our dryer vent. Both guys were professional, courteous, and respectful. You couldn't even tell they were in the house as everything was cleaned up so nicely and I would know with being such a "neat freak". I called on Monday to have a cap put on our chimney.  We had heard chirping for a year or so, since we bought the house, but now we were hearing flapping.  The technician who came out the next day was able to put the cap on, but he said our chimney flue is abnormally narrow and he couldn't get the birds out.The price was great for coming out and putting the cap on, and everyone was very friendly and professional.  The technician did tell us how to get the birds out from the bottom of the chimney ourselves. From the beginning with Becky, this was painless. She explained process and price which was firm. Jaz showed up on time and was awesome. He was later joined by Mike and the two of them explained what they were doing as they went along. They also were respectful of our home and were efficient and tidy. You could not tell they were even here as everything was in place and clean when they left. Great experience! Quick, professional, clean, and friendly! Mike answered all my questions, and handled a challenge with our dryer vent, ( which was never been professionally cleaned out), and got it cleared out and the dryer is running great now! I would definitely recommend them!
