Aria Salon is my first choice for hair salon services. The staff are friendly and helpful and several of my friends use them as well. I tried this salon out several years back on a groupon....as I was looking for a new place for my hair needs and have not left. Amanda is the best. She was my groupon stylist and I have not been disappointed yet. She went above and beyond as we became acquainted After one of my highlights, I was not quite in love with the color, I called and she took me the next day and the results keep me coming back. If you have any doubts, just call and schedule an appointment! This is the second time I have gone to Aria and the second stylist I had there. I had Amanda the first time and Toni the second and I would highly recommend both! The decor and vibe of the place is great and the views of the water make it a great and relaxing place to go and get glammed up! The owner (I think owner) Cheryl is very attentive and made sure I had a positive experience when I wasn't 100% happy with my hair color. To begin with the procedure of my actually booking my appointment was a nightmare for Aria salon not for me I kept having to change it around because my husband's schedule kept changing etc they answer the phone immediately and are so helpful  in the end I took my kids to an evening appointment with me the staff were more than understanding and courteous they provided a very comfy cozy  safe spot for homework etc.  My stylist Kasey was so friendly and professional she established exactly what I wanted before touching my hair.  The coffee was offered immediately which for me is huge the coffee was a 6/10 I'm a coffee girl so this is  big compliment and my chair was comfy with the mirror in front of me reflecting the beautiful sea view from the boardwalk behind me. For the price I paid I had a better  experience than I've had at some Newbury st. Salons. Kasey added lowlights at no extra cost.  She made sure the tone was going to compliment  my skin.  She was chatty but only when I initiated it so I got to relax.  This salon does nails also I wasn't  aware of that that,  nice to know considering the location is so beautiful.  They offer facials, massages, make up and  spray tans but their main focus seems to be hair their product is Aveda which is such a prestigious product. The salon is large and spacious only 8 hair chairs but so much extra room. The wall color is a warm blue complimenting the sea view and contributing to the general ambience of the salon. The location is really clean tastefully decorated and has a welcoming feeling.  I tried to find at least one negative to balance this review but I really couldn't find fault I did try.  For hair service I had highlights, lowlights, an Aveda deep conditioning treatment with a cut style and blow-dry. It came out really really  nice, I don't have amazing hair so it walked out looking significantly better than I walked in. I saw a pretty sunset through the window nice bonus!  There are many nice restaurants close by if you wanted lunch or dinner. My kids were offered chocolate and a WiFi password once homework was completed so I didn't see too much of them!!! On a Wednesday evening at 7 pm it was a full house I take that as a good sign. I will be back I booked some spray tans for upcoming events before I left if they do tans like they do hair I'll be happy, I'll update after may. First time I went was w/ a groupon for the Aveda hair cut package.  I don't recall it being anything special, but the staff was friendly.  I don't usually do anything fancy w/ my hair so I just had it blow dried w/ some volume.  I wish they had suggested something different, but I didn't ask so that's not their fault.  They did what I asked.  No issues using the groupon & I tipped on full value of course.I returned for a massage/facial and a pedicure.  I forget the names of the girls, but they were both very nice and did good work.Marina Bay is a nice location, but it's definitely out of the way.  Parking was confusing.  The salon itself was clean and inviting.  Never had an issue on phone or in person.Giving it a 4/5 though because I just wasn't WOW'ED at any point.  My last salon trip (a place closer to me) was so good and that's what I'm comparing the rest to from now on.  They did good work & if I lived closer I'd probably go back again especially now that I colored my hair.  If I'm ever in area I may drop in for a nail service or facial. Ive been going here for a couple of years and always get the best cut, color and style. I also get a lot of great deals through email for spa and color services. I got a last minute appointment for a touch up highlight with Amanda through an email for a free deep conditioning treatment. This salon is upscale and modern but cozy and quiet at the same time!
