What inspired you to start your own business?
As a professional landing, the right job can be really hard - with 60% of people feeling really stuck. A professional job search without support can take 6 months. We built our platform around our founder Anna's proven process -- our programs cut the search time in half, can dramatically increase income, and take just 5-10 hours of time a week.

Our fully-remote process was already there! We do see a lot more kids and pets now though!

Our coaches learned that some clients need more structure and community and support than private coaching alone provides, at an affordable price.
You'll start this program with a free strategy session, then meet your coach once for a 30-minute discovery session, to confirm you want to work together. The program includes research, reflection, and assessments in our application, joining our online community, meeting privately with a coach for eight, 30-minute sessions, attending live office hours, and accessing ongoing live support until you're hired (if needed).
