People come to counseling for many different reasons. Jaime believes there is no one size fits all solution. I work with you to find what is going to be the best option for the goals you have for your, or your child's, life. Jaime believes all individuals have within them the tools to make change in their lives. Life, irrational beliefs, trauma and problematic behaviors can all get in the way of an individual’s ability to access what they have within them to make the changes needed to feel more fulfilled in their lives. This is where counseling comes in, helping to clear the obstacles in the way leading you to a happier feeling life
Jaime has specific training and experience working with teens and their families, helping everyone with the transition into adulthood. Jaime understands the importance of taking into account what developmental stage your teen is currently in and thus, services will be tailored to each specific adolescent’s developmental stage.
Im passionate about showing people how fulfilling their lives can be when they are not held back by anxiety and depression. In today’s busy world of constant stimulation, it’s easy to get caught up in the comparison game and the feeling like you are not enough. I can help you gain a new perspective to help you achieve balance and self-acceptance in your life.
