Absolute great experience. I was in town for work and needed a wax before I'd make it home. The Yelp reviews were good so I gave it  try. FANTASTIC. I have been having wax services for years and I must tell you that this was the best wax service that I have received thus far. Â The staff is very personable and friendly. Â I felt comfortable even though it was my very first visit. Â I had multiple wax services done and the process was very fast and efficient. Â My technician was outstanding......she explained the process, asked for my history in getting wax services and took particular care with the service. I was in today for my first ever Brazilian wax. Lauren was great at making me feel comfortable with having my lady bits on display in front of a total stranger. She was fast, efficient, very professional, and personable throughout the process. It only took about 20 minutes! I would be a liar if I said it didn't hurt at all but it was very bearable and not as horrific as I imagined it would be. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back! I knocked off a star because when I got the chance to check down there once I got home, I noticed there were two very small patches of hair left. It wasn't enough to be a deal breaker though, so I will be visiting Archbeauty again. More...

Sara is THE best. She knows everything there is to know about your skin. Being a military spouse is rough with all of the moving and finding good waxing or facial people that really treat you correctly. Finding Sara has been the best thing about our stay in Rhode Island. She is gentle and knows how to do anything! Trust her and you will get a one of a kind treatment every time. She really cares about you and her business. She is the kindest woman. Her new space is amazing and SO SO clean. She doesn't do anything without doing it the right way. I can not say enough about Arch Beauty. I moved to Newport about a year ago and was nervous about finding a new skin care salon. I saw other reviews about Arch Beauty and the owner, Sara. So I went ahead and booked an appointment. First of all, the place itself is adorable. Plenty of parking across the street on Memorial if there isn't a space in their driveway. The salon is so welcoming as are all of the staff. I immediately felt comfortable. All of the women there are just so genuinely nice. My appointment was for waxing with Sara. She explained everything in a clear comfortable manner. The wax they use is nearly pain free. She was comforting and made the whole experience great. I usually try out a few new places whenever I am in a new area... but not in Newport. I will definitely only be going back to Arch Beauty. More...
