My IT company was in need of a temporary technician because of a unexpected time off request from my full time employee. A friend of mine told me about Arch Staffing and I was a little skeptical because I always used the traditional way of finding a employee/contractor via indeed, zip recruiter. However, I didn't have time to go that route because that was usually a long process of doing phone interviews, in person interviews, screening etc. Anthony at Arch Staffing assured me he would only send me candidates based on my needs and there was a no risk obligation on who I talk to. I was very impress with the candidates they gave me! I eventually converted that contractor to an employee. Also in the 6 months they have worked with me, they have found me 4 awesome staff members.
