Critical: No Professionalism, No Quality, No Responsiveness, No Value
This firm made serious errors on my taxes, I received a letter from the IRS stating my taxes were not filed correctly.
The mistakes on my taxes, cost me over a thousand dollars in interest and they refused to take responsibility. This company is well known in Springfield, Mo. to have many problems. Talk to any accounting firm in Springfield about them, their reputation is well known. 1 STAR because they do not have negative stars. If you are currently their client READ THIS CAREFULLY.

Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
In my opinion there's two big reasons. Firstly, it allows business owners' to spend more time on what they do best which causes their business to grow. Secondly, the benefits to solid financial reporting provide business owners' the information in a useful format to make more informed decisions about their business to eliminate what's not working and enhance what is working.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients relief wash over them when I find solutions that save them time and headaches. Knowing that sharing my knowledge and experience has helped eliminate stress in another business owner's world is extremely rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew that I have a unique skill set that would allow me to succeed. I was also motivated by having control to create a truly unique experience for our clients in an industry that is typically not known for it's creative thinking.
