What’s your signature dish?
We are known for our delicious Beef Birria and rich Consome broth, and while that is our staple item we have a handful of different options which include our Chicken Adobo, Carnitas, Carne Asada, Chorizo, Al Pastor, and Veggie Options.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We like to go above and beyond and expand the normal menu dish, many of our dishes are items you can not find in the area such as our Grilled Jalapeño and Onion Crusted Burrito, Our Tapatio Birria Ramen Bowl, and Our Hot Cheeto Items.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to share our families Beef Birria recipe is the best part, Our Beef Birria is slow cooked for 4 hours every morning and is served fresh with only the highest quality meats and all real ingredients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It has been my families dream to one day have our own Restaurant and share our passion for cooking with everyone in the community and with everyones continued support we were able to turn our dream into a reality.

Our food speaks for itself, we have many repeat catering clients and we are a small family owned operation that loves to give back to the community with many fundraisers being hosted at our restaurant on a regular basis.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff is fully vaccinated and we are able to social distance and wear masks on request when we are out catering.
Taco Catering
Our standard 2 hour Taco Catering package is our most popular option which includes your choice of meats and as many trips you desire to our taco bar. Plate prices ranging from $15-25 per person and add on prices are available on our website.
