Is to work with 45+, older adults, and special needs obesity and prevention.
With health Nutrition Coaching, meals overview, and/or Personal Training we will b
strengthen, and build muscles that help to enhance your flexibility, and stability while developing a range of motions, bringing together abdominal and cardio fitness. With proven ISSA science-based approach in movements.

Understanding that a dreams body is a Healthy Body that's free to move at whatever ages.

I love to see clinics come to the realization that the body is made to move and eating right and exercises is there life long journey.

To help educated, teach, and inspire others, to empower them with knowledge in making small movements will help them in there life-styles changes in wellbeing.

I been working with other 35 Active ager at the YMCA and Torch fitness, with a clean and Social distancing environment not only can you stay safe, you can build your body to push back on sickness, virus and diseases.

Services

Functional Strength PT Strength that can improve the ability to perform everyday tasks or sports skill, help build overall muscle strength and enhance balance, and augments resistance to injury. Building Strength,   Weight Training, Movements, Cardio Endurance, Abs Fitness, Developing Flexibility,  Balance,  Stability, Toning Term and agreements:  30-45 Minutes of Consultation,  Smart Goal setup,   Remote/ virtual/ local workout,  2-Session per week minimum,  3-Session per week maximum.  Fitness Assessment,  All documents must be signed for commitment purposes.  Doctor permission maybe ask of You, $42.00 per Session,  Two week’s payments before and during Service,  Revisit our progress after the second week.  Rescheduled appointments make-up must be within your 30 days.

With Cross Fit we will add various types of exercise to get a well-rounded health and muscle development as well as discover the movements that you would love to enjoy doing the most.
