What a wonderful husband/wife team to work with! Travis & Kim complement one another beautifully and their respective skill sets mesh like peanut butter and jelly. I am a local small business owner with very little time available to me, so they really took on my project 100% with little input from me. I have been blessed with excellent analytical skills, but do not have even the slightest eye for style and am limited in my creative juices. That did not matter because Kim and Travis filled in those short-comings for me without skipping a beat. They designed my logo and website, and set me up with the technicalities in between. They were incredibly patient and receptive to my many tiny requests for changes. When we were all done, Kim took it upon herself to come to my office during my workday to teach me the ins and outs of the “back end” of my new website, so that I can make changes to it if I desire. Communication was prompt and fees were quite reasonable given all that they have done for me. We even have soft plans to expand on my site to allow my clients to access their casefiles without me. All in all, I am very, very pleased that I found this local resource, and would do it all over again. More...

Kim and Travis are fantastic! We used AVC for our engagement photos and they were stunning. Aptos Village Creative literally came to my rescue. My website that I built years ago got hacked on Christmas Eve. When I discovered this I hired a large company to help me remove the hackers. I was spending tons of money with this company yet the hackers were somehow still getting in. After months of this, I started to have a feeling that something wasn't right. When I learned of Aptos Village Creative services, I shared the details with Travis and he offered to take a look at my website to see what was happening. Turns out this large company had been taking advantage of how little I knew about the technical aspects of a website. The reality was they were leaving weakness on the back end of my website so I would continue to get hacked. Then they would upsell me their higher tier services when I called in upset that I had been hacked yet again. Disgusting to think this kind of stuff even happens in business but it does. Well, not with Aptos Village Creative, you can be sure that would never happen when working with them. Travis spoke to me like a real person using language I could understand. He clearly cared about what had happened to me. And then, he fixed it. Travis literally rescued me from the bad guys and got me back on my way to running my business! I felt heard, I felt cared for and I was treated with respect and kindness. With the large cooperations, you will be just a number.
