Applewood Landscaping

I called applewood 4 months ago, I saw all the raving reviews, and wanted to get in touch with someone to help with my backyard. I spoke with Bre and she was very helpful. I asked for some prices on some services and they were very open with giving pricing, which I appreciated greatly. I called many other guys, and they did not give pricing, they just wanted to send people out. After I found out the pricing, I was very interested, but later discovered that I was in need of a design first. I met with Taylor and began the design process. He told me a design would take 2-4 weeks, and my design actually took a little longer because we added on a bunch of things. After it was completed, the construction began 1 month after. My budget obviously grew because I found out that I needed to add more things than I wanted. Initially we didn't want to do so much, but after seeing the design, we knew that we would just do it nice, or end up doing it twice. Now, the job is done and I can honestly say I am very glad we spent the money because our kids get to play and they are very happy and everyone is really safe. A customer of Applewood Landscaping and Tigran, I had high hopes given the reviews. He made big promises about attention to detail. Project got started at my house at San Jose and I found out he things were okay.A few weeks later turned out awful, maybe he didn't his A crew. When I brought this to Tigran attention he was offended and yelled at me. I find he didn't not stick to his word and proposal and gave me low quality work at my house. Do no trust Applewood Landscaping or Tigran. He is a big-time manipulator, he demand I pay him 50% more money, ontop off what I paid no way. I had never had such a headache in my life. After meeting with several companies, my wife and I decided to move forward with Applewood. They were not the cheapest, but the work speaks for itself. Their attention to detail is second to none. Extremely professional. Attentive. Responds right away whenever we had a question. They did a 3D design, 2D blueprint, and the whole process was seriously way easier than I had imagined. Applewood Landscaping is a group of professional landscapers. Tigran and his crew did an excellent job in remodeling my front and back yards. From the bidding time to completion, Tigran was very quick at answering all my questions via emails, texts, and calls. Tigran's crew always showed up on time. They cleaned the job site spotless at the end of every work day. They were extremely professional at their jobs. Throughout the project, there were a couple change orders due to unforeseen site conditions and user's requests, however all additional charges were very transparent. Tigran even accommodated my last minute change  quickly without delaying the project completion date. Tigran was able to finish the project on time and exceeded my expectation. Update; How myopic are you, Tigran? Seriously. You're the most unprofessional human I've encountered in YEARS, and I own a company that does business with restaurants. WOW.Please point out in my review where I said you do french doors??I said; "your ego was too big TO FIT THROUGH our double french doors.Yes, you DID give us a proposal, would you like me to send it to you?How incompetent are you to look at my review history and make the assessment that "all my reviews" are from the East "cost"? Literally 3 out of 314 reviews are from the East Coast. 311 are from California/West Coast. What a perfect example of your attention to detail. Your reputation doesn't need sabotaging, because your gross display of unprofessionalism here is more than enough to do the work for any saboteur. Get a grip on reality, dill weed.You're all hype and no substance. Original review; Applewood is the type of monster that Bay Area inflation has created. When you have a situation where properties are intensely overvalued and the work force is drastically overpaid, the micro economy that is birthed out of such nonsense allows for unscrupulous people to capitalize on the bubble and profit off those who don't know any better.
