I have used Appleby several times for carpet cleaning and have been happy with the results.  This past summer I asked them to clean and re-wax the concrete countertops in my kitchen and to redo the grout at the same time.  I was very pleased with the results, and when a minor problem came to light four months later, Appleby promptly sent a tech out to repair the problem at no charge.  Their  customer service is excellent and I am glad to recommend them. These people are pro's my carpet is old but they make both my wall to wall and my very thick area rug look perfect. Â The cleaners are on time and helpful with questions that I had. I hired Appleby to clean and buff my hardwood floors and to clean and re grout my steam shower. They were on time, cleaned up, and my glass doors sparkled with the hard water spots that were removed that had accumulated over the years. Sam, one of the principals of Appleby kept me informed, came by to inspect everything and even adjusted my shower door, by changing out the "sweep" on the bottom of the door. I just had the most wonderful experience with Appleby! Â Henry--the technician came and cleaned my carpets! Â I can't believe how good they turned out! Â My carpet is nine years old and they almost look new! Â Henry was so polite and was very careful with my furniture. Â He wanted to make sure I was happy. I've had wonderful service cleaning my Persian area carpets with Appleby Cleaning and Restoration. I recently had them clean wall to wall and stair carpets that had some aged animal urine. Appleby Cleaning and Restoration is a great company that is prompt, attentive to detail and has reasonable prices. I've been working with this company for many years and highly recommend them.  When the  technician arrived at my home, he was wearing a mask due to Covid-19 and was aware of social distancing. My carpets had not been professionally cleaned in over a year. I have dogs that bring in dirt and shed dog hair, so the carpeting needed major cleaning.  I also needed to have a couple window seat cushions cleaned.  "John" cleaned and deodorized the carpets and cushions.  Excellent job with professional results! This company is the best for cleaning everything. Â I have worked with them since 1986, when my interior designer told me, "Only Appleby for cleaning! " Â Today they did a fabulous job cleaning one large area carpet and then the wall-to-wall carpeting. Â Now all the pastel colors can be seen and the patterns are so clear. Â The wall-to-wall carpeting is fluffy, light, and airy. Â John did a fabulous job - was extremely considerate, helpful, and kind. Â And very safe with mask and everything needed! As a self-described perfectionist, I cannot lavish enough praise on Quan at Appleby's: Â twice he has done detailed marble work in my home, and each time he is exacting, methodical and thorough, which I appreciate so much. Â Moreover, I never have gotten the sense Quan is merely fitting me into his schedule; rather, he takes the time he needs to perform an exemplary job, with superb results. I just used Appleby for the first time and am extremely pleased! From the delightful telephone appointment gal to the finished job, this is a first rate company. We had a sectional that was 12 years old and just had  overall soil, no big spots, just a well used and loved sectional. The fabric was chenille and I was not sure how well it would clean.Henry came, right on time, and did an impeccable job! He spent so much time and took great pride in his work. The sectional looks brand new. With this fabric, you need to "groom" it after cleaning it. He did an awesome job of that tooI couldn't  be more pleased with Appleby and specifically with Henry! Expensive (most I have ever paid for carpet cleaning even though it was half the square footage I had before) Came on time, cleaned well, carpets wet through next day, did not recommend we get the most expensive option as not much furniture to move, but did wipe down baseboard for lower price as a favor. The wonderful experience began when Mark came to give me an estimate. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
