Apocalypse Chow

OMG, I had ceviche, cold brew with cardamom and coconut milk, and a ridiculously delicious ice cream sando. So first the ceviche was a fresh-flavor-bomb with really good chips. They understand that every element has to be good. The cold brew was super tasty and offered unsweetened or with cane sugar. Unsweetened for me and lish! Then, don’t even get me started on the ice cream sando; choco-chip cookie with black cherry ice cream. Insanely good. I am ruined on any other ice cream sandwich. Stupidly good food, and the nicest freaking people on the planet. Their Saigon Salad from their heat wave menu is to die for, as is the Children of the Corn. Highly highly highly recommend.

So we ordered some savory mini pies for this weekend. Honestly, we're really disappointed that we didn't get more. They were so delicious! We also got the mac n cheese but we're waiting for our little to get back before we eat it. Next weekend we're gonna try the casseroles. They offer no contact delivery, the instructions were printed clearly, and I was able to you can even tweak your menu items if you have an allergy or something you don't like. I'm so happy I found Apocalypse Chow! You made my busy weekend so much easier. All the gourmet noms, and no mess. Truly a win/win! More...
