Our dog pood in the house. Rick w Apex came by and cleaned our carpet on Tuesday. Called yesterday and asked if he could come back and check on the spot again. I have been using Apex for years and these guys are really good at what they do. This last time I used them Rich came out and he took care of my pet problems. my cat got sick and we couldn't pinpoint the areas that she had had accidents in. He did warn us that it might take some time and that the smell might come back because we didn't know of the exact location of the issue. Apex did a great job for us. We bought a new home and we were seriously considering having new carpeting put in. We decided to get the carpeting professionally cleaned to buy a little time. After Apex carpet cleaning in Phoenix AZ was finished we decided to just keep the existing carpeting. It looked that good.
