We needed to transport our furniture, computers, servers and other equipment in this transport moving company. The truck arrived fifteen minutes earlier, so it turned out to correctly distribute the amount of work. The movers behaved appropriately. All equipment was carefully loaded. AOA has been *fantastic* in helping me try to figure out an extraordinarily difficult moving situation (coordinating with a friend's movers, who keep not showing up). The price they quoted me was extremely reasonable -- HALF of what everyone else was trying to charge me. They responded very quickly, and were available the next day, which was incredible. They have been *more* than kind, friendly, and understanding as I have needed to reschedule multiple times. On initial phone call taking inventory of what was being requested to be moved (one bedroom), asked if I had reached out to other movers for quotes. Explained yes I have only begun my search, and that in previous discussions with other movers I explained that since we are moving only 1 large item and most just boxes we were hoping to keep it somewhere around $1000, however literally before I could finish my sentence the man yelled "do it yourself" and hung-up. Literally could not be less impressed with their "customer service". Not only did he try to sell me on how "elite" and "professional" they were, but also was clearly trying to hussle a young nurse into spending thousands of dollars. Would absolutely never call them again. If you're going to spend the money you might as well book with the real professionals. I am a nurse and work with people every single day, frustrated or not I would never speak to someone like this and I simply cannot let other people go through the same treatment as I did, shame on them. There was amazing communication and care during the entire procedure. The person in the office was really helpful, especially when it looked like my plans might change with only a few days to go. They quoted a very competitive price for moving our things. The movers came with lots of different sized boxes, tape, markers, protective wrapping gear, etc. They spent 5 non-stop hours packing 85 boxes and other items for us, efficiently and safely - sofa, dining table + a set of chairs, several bar stools, clothing and kitchen dishes. The team loaded everything and then delivered and unpacked at the new place, again very efficiently. All our belongins were carried up 2 flights of stairs with the utmost care. Fantastic ! I requested an earlier time for moving and they came two hours earlier. All glass and furniture was packed with care and they could not have been more accommodating to my requests of what pieces need to go where in my new house. This move was from MA to NJ and they drove with care. Once move was complete they asked me if There was anything else they could do for me. The two movers were very fast no damage to any furniture.
