I called Mark at Anything Mac because I am having an issue with a Macbook Pro. Mark does not do the sort of work I might need, but I was amazed by how much time he spent on the phone with me.  He pointed offered two suggestions which might get me past the issue.  I did not think of either one on my own.  If Mark treated me this well when I am not a potential customer, I could only imagine the five-star service I would receive if I were.
