Anthony Brenner

Working with Anthony has been what I would consider one of my first true soul to soul partnerships. There is no ego involved on his part, or on my part. Experiencing each other as a human on life’s journey makes it safe and easy to be witnessed, seen, heard and to speak authentically about what I would like to accept about myself and what I would like to redirect about myself. There is only compassion from him as a coach about my human conditioning, but also a deep recognition and taking action of how to artfully and subtly support my goals and future vision. The kind of coaching I’ve gotten from him has been him being a side by side partner in bringing out the best in me and encouraging my own participation in creating healthy approaches and healthy action.  He’s role modeled what interdependence and partnership truly is. I’ve become better at being me and being true to my future self goals because he’s right next to me in ways I never had in my important relationships. Which made me understand how important it is that we need other people sharing our journey to success in compassionate and loving ways where my power and sovereignty is intact. His support has been invaluable. He has also opened doors to my appreciation of the male gender being able to be a nurturer vs. some more negative experiences I’ve had. He’s been able to cultivate both the masculine and feminine in his way of being. Which represents the real evolution of humanity. He’s so kind and compassionate all while supporting taking healthy action and reframing perspectives. Plus he just shows up. You can count on him. It’s refreshing and I admire all the work he’s done on himself to be the kind of life coach that brings out my true and balanced self too. More...
