We had a day trip from SF to Napa valley on the 8 pax limo provided by this company. Overall we loved their services.

The staff:
The office staff were always very responsive to our phone call, and always called us back shortly when if he was not able to take the call. He patiently describes the details and answered all the questions I have respectfully, which I was very happy about and felt very reliable.

The driver:
The driver was very kind and responsive, too. He drove very safely but on time. After we finish visiting certain place, all we have to do is call him and he'll take the call in 3 seconds, and will come to pick us up in a few minutes. For whatever sudden request such as asking to go to bathroom when we're on the highway, he drove to the closest gas station without making too much workaround, which saved our time a lot.

Note: Make sure you pay the gratuity *directly* to the driver, to avoid extra processing cost later on. The staff will make it very clear when you book, and this is also clearly written on the contract. More...

Just a wonderful experience! Our group of 9 were extremely happy with this company. Booking this was such a breeze and the office staff was very professional and so nice! Beautiful SUV stretch limo with plenty of space and fully stocked bar and an awesome stereo system to our awesome driver Steve! He was so professional and gave us tips at every stop. Such a gentlemen, opened our door every time and helped us out of the limo and he even offered to take our pictures for us. We hired Anthem for our wedding - to get us from Napa to the venue in St. Helena, then get us back to our hotels with an after-party stop in-between. The service was nothing less than stellar from both drivers. The cars were clean and very comfortable - everyone loved the rides.
