I was very please with Anntonie , her out of the box type of ideas and creations for the flowers and the event site.. not the same old designs you see and get all the time. My friends wedding in Miami  was really beautifully done and classy. The guests were very impressed and commented on the unusual decor. We called Anntonie for a last minute event memorialday weekend...we couldn't find anyone that would help at last minute and a friend referred her. She was awesome!! and patient with our frantic group.  She was extremely helpful in what would suit our needs econimically, as we were on a budget. She is what a planner and decorator looks like! ANN TONIE CONCEPTS and EFFLORESCENCE DECOR deserves the Party Planner of the Century Award!I just came off the grind of traveling between Washington DC and Boca Raton Florida, setting up a new law practice in the mist of Thanksgiving week that would have been nothing without all of the help and guidance and detailed planning and hard work that Efflorescence Decor put into it. .. Creative business ideas, logos, patented designs and trademarks. Basically Ann Tonie is a "jack of all trades" and a true warrior of her client's groans of ...  "oh no... I have deadline and lack festival motivation to super design and decorate my space for the holidays..."Tonie actually was my investment and retirement client roughly 11 years ago and worked with her for about a year and half and she not only put up with all my crazy ideas but made them into reality even better than the dream created in my own mind! She was always available and ready to jump in to help at any moment even when I would send her emails at 5:00 in the morning the weeks leading to launching my law office which included real estate property management in multiple states and counties throughout Florida.She kept me on track and made sure we knew what we needed to take care of and when to get it done by. She offered great ideas and innovative ways of doing things.I would have to say the greatest thing that we received from Ann Tonie that you won't get anywhere else is how much money she saved me. She provided me with flowers, vases, baskets, card boxes, decorations for the ceremony and much more. The vendors she recommended always offered better rates and had better services then anything I found on my own. She actually paid for herself before we even hired her with the money she saved me! We had gotten a couple quotes on our venue and she called about a half an hour after we inquired about her services and had already talked to and got our venue quote down by almost the same amount as her fee, and even that was so incredibly reasonable. I would have paid ten fold for the peace of mind she gave me.She was there to calm me down when I had my little freak out moments and there were issues that were caused by other vendors that happened at the opening that we didn't even know about because she took it upon herself to make executive decisions and everything went off without a hitch.She and her company come highly recommended. It was not only myself that recognized her talent for corporate startup planning, decor coordinating and planning, but we received multiple comments from guests that evening that noticed how hard, quietly and efficiently she was working.
