Annette is wonderful! She made our session so much fun. She is great at communicating and fast to get right back to you too. She made my daughter and I feel so comfortable. Aspen & Willow recently captured our first ever family pictures. My sister used them in the fall and recommended them. I was very satisfied with our results. The photo session was quick which worked great for our half cooperative 1 year old. It took maybe 15 minutes and we have plenty of poses and pictures. They worked hard to keep our 1 year old smiling. 5⭐ photographer!!! Beautiful props and high quality photos! Professional and very kind!! Great with kiddos! Highly recommend! ! Picture day can be kinda stressful when it comes to my family and today was no exception! We were all running late and a little grumpy but Annette turned our whole day around once we arrived!! Even the guy's were smiling and laughing! She rolled with all the changes I made, as well as cold weather issue's! Annette offered us another day and time, which doesn't happen with every photographer, especially Easter wkend!! soooo professional!! Annette and her hubby were both SO kind and PATIENT with my kiddos. took the time to deal with each of the 4 kids in the way each kid needed to be dealt with. as a single momma, when my kiddos are acting out I normally feel like I need to apologize for their behavior. Annette canceled and tried to reschedule multiple times. Over month from the original date. Would definitely not schedule if you are wanting your session to occur in a timely manner. Very poor customer service. Even if she cancels your session multiple times (weather being her excuse), she just postpones and refuses to refund. Waste of time and money. More...
