This place is a Godsend! Every single person here goes above and beyond, like my dog was their own, whenever we come to visit. I can’t praise this place enough! This place is at the top of its game with current veterinary practices. They are flexible and resilient. Thank you for making my fur baby such a priority. You all ROCK! You’d be crazy not to send you fur baby here! You won’t regret it. More...

A fantastic first visit trying to diagnose a 3-month prolonged skin situation with our 6-month old pup. From phone inquiry to exit consultation with Dr Moser, an excellent experience that immediately earned my confidence. Techs were efficient, kind and friendly - receptionist who made appointment thorough and so kind - Dr Moser even earned a kiss from Olive and was very thorough in her consultation with me. So glad we found Animalia - I know Olive will be in good hands for a long and healthy life! More...

In my 20+ years of having canine family members I’ve experienced warm and inviting vet clinics, where the staff are caring and friendly. Most have actually been primarily this way, which is quite impressive in today’s world of “hurried” products and services in general. It’s actually incredibly refreshing to see. Until now, however, I have never, ever, witnessed the glow of warmth and security, and genuine, honest concern by all staff and doctors.…as if my pets were life-long family members…as I have at Animalia Health & Wellness, in Franklin, TN. This particular note is for Dr. Kristal Turner, who is a general practitioner (DVM), with a growing focus on integrative medicine and who is also a certified acupuncturist (CVA) and rehabilitation therapist (CCRT) at Animalia and Veterinary Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine. She is one of those rare people you run across in life and instantly you get their true vibe. You get it because it beams out at you, immediately and unmistakably. The light she beams is very, very bright. It is one of true compassion and caring for both patient and parent….the kind that you know is real, because it can’t be faked. It is one of wisdom and gentle patience…to listen and understand more than I’ve ever seen….with seemingly all the time in the world. It is one of exceeding calm consideration, kindness and even humility...despite her knowledge, accomplishments and reputation. It is complete devotion and loyalty to answer questions by going way above and beyond, time and time again. It’s a portrait of a person’s character, and luckily for us as patients, and Animalia as a clinic, manifested through her job. It’s 100% natural. It’s true heart for her patients and their parents that can’t be manufactured, or contained. Its blinding. And it’s so comforting that my canine family have access to that glow. I consider us very, very lucky, and want her to know what she projects to others, and how noticeable and impacting it is. Due to the very real impression made on me by Dr. Turner, and Dr. Megan Batey who I’ll mention separately, and others at Animalia, I was drawn to read all about Animalia I could on their website: animaliawellness.com. I was truly blown away to have learned of Animalia’s driving Mission of being (and certification as) a fear-free clinic, and to providing the most caring, comforting, inviting, and friendly atmosphere possible. Now it made sense why my experiences there are always like they are, and even more so with staff like Dr. Turner, who has personified (and amplified) this mission perfectly, each and every time. I’ve never seen a mission so well-crafted, nor so well-executed. All I can say is we are lucky to be patients. Thank you so much Dr. Turner, and Animalia! - Scott Jackson, Nashville, TN More...

The doctors and staff at Animalia have a wonderful combination of having an excellent knowledge base and professionalism, yet the warmth, compassion, and approachability we all want when dealing with our best fur buddies. This is the kind of practice I wish I could find for my human health needs!!! More...

We LOVED Dr. Katie Conklin. Our dog is very nervous and she and the staff could not have been better. They go above and beyond and we are so happy. We love Animalia.
