I wanted to express to anybody who goes to this Animal Care Center please BEWARE!
I was trying to get my dog medicine for her seizures and the manager Britney declined the medicine to help my dog survive, my dog ended up dying the next day, please do not take your dog here! !!!!!!
They also prescribed a medication that was incorrect on how to administer it on the label on the medicine and the pharmacist at Jewel warmed me on this and I called the manager again on this at Animal Care Center BRITTANY and she called me a liar and said the label was incorrect from the JEWEL PHARMACY …I expressed that pharmacists can not change direction on medication from a doctor!!!!
The worse inhumane people I have EVER came across!!!
PLEASE USE CAUTION IF CHOOSING THIS CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE!

REPLYING BACK!!!!!
YOU ARE THE ONES THAT PRESCRIBED IT!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!
I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE WHEN THE DOCTOR TYPED IT IN TO BE REFILLED!!!!

Thank you also for your condolences!

They are a bit pricey, I overheard a customer in the next room having a meltdown because she was having to watch her animal die because she couldn't afford to help her because some loser hit her kitty. The woman was losing it so that was hard to hear. I don't know what became of that conversation, but I know the vet was also yelling back at the lady.

As far as my baby goes, It was going to cost 150 for X-rays, and then 124 for the treatment of my guinea pig. That had a cold I took a big risk in not getting the X-ray, but he's made a huge improvement with the treatment the vet provided so I can't really say anything bad this time. He was knocking at the gates to rainbow bridge when I brought him in.

My wife and I have a min poodle/shih tzu mix rescue dog, for about 6 or 7 months, and we take her to ACCP. Everyone there was great. The staff, the Dr’s, the front desk checking in and out. Everyone was friendly, and respectful, and was very good with our Angel. We love ACCP. More...

The clinic was clean and well light. The staff was efficient and knew what they were doing. The doctor explained what they did for my pet to stabilize him, who came to them as an emergency. Then told me what they could do to help the problem and gave me an estimate. Everything I needed to know to make informed decisions on my pets care. The level of care was excellent and proficient. All I want in an emergency care clinic. More...

The staff was wonderful. My girl was scared and shaking. They helped me get her into the exam room. Doc even sat on the floor with me and my dog to exam her. Drew her blood in the exam room so I could be there to comfort my dog. More...

I made an appointment and was in and out in about an hour. Not bad for having my dog sedated and a simple surgical procedure done. ..Good clinic but extremely busy so if you're doing a walk in appointment, make sure you have patience! More...

Very impressed with the care we received on Monday. Almost 5 month old puppy got sick over night and regular vet was booked solid. Closest vet to me was also booked. I called Animal Care Clinic and they got me right in. He was diagnosed with Parvo. Immediately started meds and sent us home. He is doing well. Just thankful they could get us in so quickly and start treating right away. Once my wellness plan has ended with my current vet we will be transferring care. Thank you! More...

I really have to tip my hat to this facility, clean, compassionate, and thorough. The vets are awesome, as are the rest of the staff. Yes it's not the cheapest place...but you know your pets will be well cared for. More...

Will never take my cats or dog to any other place. Always get the best service from the front desk all the way up to the vet visits & grooming. My Chewie loves what he tells me (lol) is his personal groomer, Ms Tracy. I hate to leave my animals anywhere but trust the whole staff that I know they take excellent care of my pets & truly care about all the animals. I need to ask Tracy what kind of shampoo she used on Chewie cause it is so much better (and smells better) then the stuff I use at home for him. Thank you Animal Care Center for treating My furbabies with the best care!!! More...

My dog just had surgery today. The staff was professional and caring throughout the entire process. Dr. Michael explained everything thoroughly and even carried our dog to the car when he couldn’t walk. We were also quoted twice as much for my dog’s surgery at a local animal hospital. Very happy we made the switch to Animal Care Center of Plainfield for our dog’s ortho surgery!! More...

So thankful for the fine group of veterinarians that have helped my German Shepherd, Geneva. She was first seen a couple of years ago when Geneva had back spasms. They fixed her up quick and got her back to her usual self. A couple of days ago Geneva (now 13 years old) began to stumble and fall and noticed a head tilt. My wife and I feared the worst and rushed her to the office. It was a very short wait, we came during regular business hours, there were a few animals waiting but they got us with a doctor very quickly. They found it to be a vestibular disorder, or like doggy vertigo. She is staying with them a couple nights. We can come see her during her hospital stay. The staff has been so friendly, caring, and compassionate. They call us every morning and every evening with updates. I can not thank you enough for taking such great care of Geneva. It is amazing how quickly she is recovering. More...

Dr. Tracy and the staff are amazing at this place. We almost lost our sweet pup and the doc did her very best to save her. She is now home and healthy due to the care they gave her. I would absolutely recommend this place for emergencies and especially Dr. Tracy as a vet! More...

We’ve been coming here for almost six years. We found this place when our Sasha needed life saving surgery on a Saturday. They charged us half of what other places quoted . We had to put our dog Sosa down there a few years ago and everyone went above and beyond with love and compassion not only for us but for Sosa’s sister Sasha. We have Sasha on a wellness plan that they offer and in a couple weeks after just getting it, it will more than pay for itself. Sasha and Stella love coming here and actually behave for nail trims. The techs and reception staff are more than friendly and always make a fuss of our girls. We see Dr Michael and he’s by far the best vet we’ve ever had. He gets down on the floor with my girls and he’s always been spot on with his diagnosis and treatment. He always encourages quality of life instead of making a buck. We have an upcoming surgery and dental in a couple weeks for Sasha who just turned 14. At first we were worried but we realized why worry? She will be in better hands than our own.

The only thing I recommend for anybody is allow for time that you might have to wait. Many times emergencies come in and need to be a top priority. I don’t see that as a bad thing. After all, that’s how I would want my dog treated.
