Full service - payroll processing weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly. Payroll tax payments, wage garnishments, direct deposit and live checks options, 941 reports, W-2, 1099's.
Accounts Payable
Full service - process and code expenses, process payments when due, vendor management, Gl account reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable
Full service - process cash receipts, maintain client/customer information, GL Reconciliation, process and maintain billing
Accounts Reconcilation
Bank accounts, credit cards reconciliation daily, weekly, monthly
Financial Reports
P&L Reports, Balance sheets, payroll reports
Tax prep
Sales and use tax compilations and process, Preparations for income tax, will work close with accountant.
