My learning experience with Angela has been memorable and personal and real. I am totally new to the PMU industry and I really didn't think I was going to love it as much as I do. She was patient and answered ALL of the many random questions I threw at her. If she didn't know an answer, she looked it up or got back to me on it. I've been in the beauty industry for about 16 years and after her one on one powder brow training, I feel like a whole new world has just been opened up to me. After researching extensively where to get my brows done, I finally got them done today. Angela came highly recommended from a number of my lash clients. Her suite is clean and beautiful. She is super thorough and knowledgeable. I decided to go with a combination hair stroke and powder brow. The entire procedure was basically painless and for the first time I actually have really nice brows. There is a healing process that has to occur and I can’t wait to see the final outcome. Angela's technique and true professionalism is 1000% amazing. She has an eye for detail and quality. I went in thinking I needed brow blending. She saw my 58 year old skin and brows and immediately knew I needed the powder brow. We started light in color and at the touch up went a little darker. The healing process is EXACTLY what she says. Follow her instructions! The brows look wider at first then perhaps you'd want and there is shedding during the healing process. I applied the cream she gave me and in 9 days amazing brows! Angela is amazing. I had a sensitive area on my left eye brow and she numbed the area a little more for my to feel comfortable. I am very excited with my eye brows. After a long time of pondering on getting my eyeliner and lips permanent tattooed. I decided to go see Angela and get them done. It’s the best decision I ever did. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my lips and eyeliner. Being able to wake up in the morning and not have to worry about putting on eyeliner and lipstick. Ladies I’m convinced that there’s absolutely no need to go through the uncomfortable process of microblading to get natural, defined brows. I love my experience with Angela, She was very professional and considerate when I had my appointment and my 3 year old daughter came with me last minute because I have nowhere to leave her. At first She explained that She cant let her in because of the environment where needles and dyes are involve and is dangerous if kids come in contact. But after I told her that she wont go near any of that and she will just sit in one corner and play with her toys, Angela finally agreed and I was relieved. She offered her lollipop and made her feel welcome. Though 3 y.o has less attention span she actually played in the corner pretty well. When it came to the whole permanent eyebrow tinting the whole experience was great. Angela has a very light hand, I havent felt any uncomfortable feeling during the procedure. The best thing is My eyebrows were spot on! I love the result! I cant believe I dont need to spend hours just doing my eyebrows from now on. I went to Angela to have permanent eyeliner done almost two weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My eyes look fantastic! Angela did my powder brows last year and they look so good, so I had no hesitation in having her apply the permanent eyeliner. First of all Angela is a professional and very knowledgeable about her craft. Secondly, she is also pleasant and easy to talk to. She puts you at ease throughout the entire process and takes the time to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have. The whole process took about 2 hours. I showed Angela a couple of examples of what type of eyeliner looks that I liked. Angela is a skilled artist and drew on the eyeliner with temporary ink. We worked together to make some very minor changes to the shape and Angela drew the perfect eyeliner shape for me. The process involves removing the drawn on ink, numbing the eye areas and tattooing on the eyeliner outlines and it is repeated to fill in the shape.Getting the eyeliner tattooed on did not hurt, but it is an annoying sensation. The ink gun needle is drawing on your lash line and you can feel the gun vibrating, however, the drawing part doesn’t take very long. It is so important to have this type of procedure done by someone who is reputable, certified and experienced and Angela is all that. I am so lucky to have found her. Yes, my eyes look great! I had my top and bottom eyeliner done almost two weeks ago, and I love it! I have a 20 month old, so finding the time to do my makeup and not rush seems impossible. So not only does this cut my time in half when getting ready to leave the house but it always looks amazing. Angela was very professional and made me feel very comfortable, she explained everything as we were doing it and answered any questions I had. The procedure wasn’t as painful or uncomfortable as you would think. It was more of a tickling sensation than anything else. I was a little swollen the next day, but that was it. I have so many wonderful things to say about Angela that I don’t know where to begin. I will start with her, personally. She is so nice and easy to talk to. I saw Angela for permanent eyeliner. She was very thorough and explained the entire process including healing. My eyeliner is awesome! I save so much time in the morning since I no longer need to worry about applying my eyeliner. Angela is professional, very friendly and has trained extensively to do permanent makeup. I have done a lot of research and Angela is the only permanent make up artist in CT with as many certificates and proper licensing. I have found many make up "artists" and salons that have only had 1-2 hours of training and think that's enough. This permanent people! I originally went to Angela to have henna brows done before I made the leap to permanent make up. She was very welcoming and informative and immediately put me at ease. I decided I wanted the permanent procedure but before I could get them my husband surprised me with a service while out of the state. I recently went and saw Angela for her signature Powder Brow. To say I'm thrilled with the results would be an understatement! From our first correspondence, she was professional, and responded to me immediately. She was extremely thorough in making super she knew what I wanted, and also making sure I knew what to expect from her. So, after having a great experience having Angela do my lash lift & tint, I did not hesitate in having semi-permanent eyeliner done. Even though I was totally excited to have it done, I have to admit that i was a little bit nervous due to the proximity of the needle to my eyeballs. I'm here to tell you to NOT worry about that. Angela is very good about talking you through the procedure and being careful to position your eyelid just so as to keep your eye safe and also to make a straight flawless line across your eyelid. While there is some discomfort involved (I'd probably rate it a 4-5 on the pain scale), it's totally bearable. Also, Angela is very conscientious about reapplying the numbing cream throughout the procedure. I was amazed at my results! I now have defined eyes that stand out instead of disappearing into my face. This is definitely one of the best things I've ever tried! I mean, WOW! I am looking forward to visiting Angela again next month for the touch-up appointment.
P.S. I took my very nervous and conservative 77 yr old mother to Angela last week to get powder brows done. Angela was so kind and patient with my apprehensive mother. She took her time being very thorough and considering my mom's input in every step. You guys, she is so happy because her friends told her that she looks 20 years younger!
