Angela provided the best food and great atmosphere for an informal rehearsal dinner for my daughter and son in law. She was great at making suggestions and was very receptive to changing the menu a few times. I loved all the food and appetizers served, I think the lasagna was exceptional. Angela Blessing catered our wedding of 120 people with a buffet. She also made dessert (we didn't do cake) and provided appetizers and staff for the host bar. From the first time we met her, I had a good feeling: she clearly had a lot of experience, asked the right questions and made us feel like we were in good hands. She had several suggestions for menu and setup which all sounded good, so we just let her do her thing. Everything was handled super smoothly. Her staff was very helpful and nice and their smiling faces contributed to the fun, festive environment we wanted. Wow!I'm part of a crew that ends up at outdoor bike and running events often... and Angela Blessing Catering catered multiple meals for us at a bike race in the Big Basin area. I was utterly surprised at the quality and love that was put into each item. Lunch was a delicious turkey chili, quinoa, greek salad (no no, no skimping on the feta cheese, 'maters, etc., this thing was not lettuce with a few olives) rolls with butter... hearty, healthy and homemade- I would have been happy to pay $15 for this lunch plate at a sit down restaurant. Dinner was pasta with homemade sauce, garlic bread, salad, and for dessert strawberry shortcake with fresh sliced berries and homemade whipped cream.It was such a nice change from us used to having energy bars and junk food on hand. I honestly don't know how they "nailed it" for such a huge group, we had several hundred (like 350?) people that were fed for each meal.Absolutely wonderful, truly made my day! More...

Angela made a wonderful dinner for my father-in-law's 92nd birthday. The whole family LOVED the food. A special thanks for her suggesting a separate vegan menu for my father-in-law. He wanted to take home all the leftovers. I really appreciated Angela taking care of everything from serving the appetizers to setting a beautiful table and cleaning up after the meal in record time. Wow! If I could give 10 stars I would. Angela helped me pull together a catered beach BBQ in Carmel for 30 people in a week. Not only was she amazing to work with, but she made everything look so easy and perfect. We had our guests raving about the food for several days after!! Stefano was such a sweetheart and so great to have help our guests with their drinks, food and even a group photo he took for us on his nice camera! Everything was perfect!!! Even though she was booked for my date, Angela was incredibly responsive and made very attempt to help me line up another cater and what proved to be a very busy weekend. Angela catered our wedding (~100 people) and I would recommend her to anyone! She served a full fish taco / vegan fajita bar and all of our guests raved about the food. I ate the vegan tacos/fajitas and they were incredible! Fresh, local ingredients, really interesting flavor combinations. On top of making and serving great food, Angela is professional, organized and extremely flexible. I changed my mind many times up until the week before the event, and she rolled with it! On the night of the wedding reception, she set everything up (arriving early to be sure everything was ready), was present for the entire meal serving drinks and clearing tables, and did a huge amount of clean-up work. I would recommend Angela's For the LOVE of Custom Catering. Angela was so easy to work with. We were late in planning our Holiday Party and Angela was ever so flexible in meeting our timelines and dietary preferences. The food was absolutely delicious! The appetizers set the tone for the evening. The favorites were the smoked sausages with the tasty mustardy sauce and the baked Brie with pear compote. The meal was excellent - marinated roasted beef (medium rare and medium pieces), cumin roasted carrots with fresh herbs - out of this world good, green beans with garlic butter and smashes potatoes with parmesan. The creme brulee was a fitting end to this meal. Many commented it was the best they'd ever had. Angela is so pleasant to work with; she's accommodating, flexible and creative. Other caterers asked who we selected. When I told them, they each said Angela was great and that we would love the food. We happily enjoyed leftovers for lunch the next day at work!! For the Love! is aptly named. Angela first catered our investor meeting, held at a private house and with a celebrity guest we knew was raw food/vegan. We decided to have all hors d'oeuvres be vegan/raw food-compliant! Praise for the food was positively ebullient. More than one person ask for her contact details for future reference. Angela in our estimation is in a league of her own. I can only say she glides in; her hallmark is her mastery in orchestrating a rich complexity of dishes without seeming effort; truly the embodiment of grace. As the President of the San Francisco Triathlon Club we worked with Angela to cater a training weekend at Lake San Antonio in Bradley, CA. The location was remote and we would all be camping. She worked with us to provide 5 meals to 140+ triathletes. Our members were impressed with quality of the food. While we have hired caterer for the last 10 years and have mixed success Angela had the best feedback I have seen in about 5 years due to the health and tasty food she provided. We are going to work with her again for another event and look forward to more tasty food.
