For those couples like Chris and I, we are young and in love. We love the “do it ourselves” projects, save money tips, and to get the best deal while also having everything we ever dreamed of. When Andrea first told me that she owned an event planning business, I was hesitant. I was determined that I could do everything on my own and that I couldn’t afford to have an event planner. What do you love most about your job?
Wow! I absolutely love details and meeting people. Getting to meet others and create memorable events where you can be a guest at your own event brings me so much joy. A dream day in my world would be meeting with others, outlining details in an event order and executing an event from top to bottom. Seeing the joy on my clients faces and having them enjoy a stress free event is the end to a perfect day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Great-grandpa and Great-uncle have been wonderful examples of entrepreneurs for me and inspired me to want to own my own business. My Grandma (Maw-maw) is my role model and led me to use the ladybug as my logo since she always called me "Ladybug". My husband, Jonathan, and I have always wanted to own a business together. Planning events is a huge joy of mine and when we had the opportunity to start Andrea Lyn Events we had to run with it. We love working together and bringing events to life one client at a time.

The enthusiasm I have for event design and planning is REAL. You might think that I'm just "another event planner" but the care, my infectious personality and punctual communication that you'll experience sets me apart. I get to know my clients on a personal level, learn about their event goals from the inside out and care about even the smallest details that matter the most to them.

Our planning services can be done remotely via phone, email and video calls. We utilize the Google Suite - Docs, Sheets and Meet - to remotely plan for our clients. All pre-planning can be done remotely and I absolutely love helping to create a dream for you even from afar.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We strive to daily keep our clients safe by wearing masks and keeping high cleanliness standards according to local health guidelines and client guidelines. Meetings can be done via video conferencing if needed.

Wanting to make your upcoming dinner extra special? Our Styled Dining package treats your guests to the next level of dining and allows you to focus on hosting and being a guest at your own event! We can come to your private or corporate setting and provide an elevated take on dining together. All you do is provide the table(s)!
Each Styled Dining package includes styled decor and lighting, coordinating linens, china and glassware, set-up and clean-up. We also work with a remarkable caterer and can bring a scrumptious meal if you desire.
