I can't say enough good things about Andrea! She kept us on track. She was organized, personable and so easy to work with. She was easy to communicate with, quick to return emails and calls. Very tolerant of all my texts/emails. She communicated with vendors and took care of any questions/concerns that arose. My daughters wedding day went smooth and flowed perfectly with Andrea overseeing all the details, the bride and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Andrea was exactly what I needed for the Wedding! She helped me plan details before the big day and stepped in whenever I needed her. .. Everyone knows it's inevitable to have something go wrong but she fixed ours without a blink. I was so glad to have her as part of our celebration! I didn't have to keep track of what time it was for pictures, cake cutting, toasts, father/daughter dances, bouquet/garter tosses, etc. The day went by so fast, and I was able to enjoy it because of her. Andrea was the day of coordinator for my July wedding. For our wedding we did not have a traditional venue, so there were numerous vendors we had to hire in order to make our day everything we wanted at Flat Top Lake.
After hiring all of our vendors, I realized that organizing everything for the day of would be nearly impossible. That is when I did my research regarding day of coordination. Believe my I did my homework and looked into a ton of people....Andrea was by far the best! Not only was her pricing extremely fair for everything she would be providing us, but from the very early interactions we had with her, we knew she would be the perfect one for the job! Although the wedding was 2 hours from her home base in Roanoke, not once did she make it seem too much to travel the distance, and her travel fee was very reasonable.
Andrea is very organized and during any meeting or phone conversation, she was professional, helpful; and for a bride that was always worried or freaking out about something, she was utterly calming to talk to. She is confident in what she does, and she is so good at it you would NEVER REGRET hiring her. She paid attention to what was important to us and anytime we were indecisive about how anything should go, she was helpful with suggestions. Not only was Andrea great to work with in a professional aspect, but she was truly a job to just be around and I consider her a friend to this day.
She helped make our big day perfect and I owe so much to her in helping it all to run smoothly. I gave her a big project with a lot of moving pieces and not once did she seem overwhelmed, and she executed it perfectly. I can not thank Andrea enough for what she did for us, and anyone needing help with an event, do yourself a favor and hire Andrea now!!
