As an employee of Anderson Cleaning i can truly say that this company is unlike any other job I’ve worked. I feel respected and more importantly my boss Anderson absolutely appreciates and listens to his employees as if we were family. Most places I’ve worked have lost that “family” feel and here I know we are all working towards something instead of just punching a clock and collecting a paycheck. I enjoy my job, and an employee that enjoys their job is an employee that will put that extra effort into cleaning and organizing that most other business just can’t match. He created a system that is of the upmost efficiency and we only use the highest quality of tools and environmentally responsible products that won’t leave your business smelling like chemicals but still get the job done. All of these things combined have changed my view of what a cleaning business can truly be and it’s showed me that it’s still possible to build a business with some creativity and some hard work. One thing I know for sure is Anderson is willing to put the time and effort into listening and understanding what a customer wants and Anderson understands what a customer needs. Our processes are unmatched in terms of efficiently and we are taught to go that extra mile and take that extra step. If you are looking for hardworking employees that truly care about the customer and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done then Anderson Cleaning would be a great contact to put at the top of your list. I love this company! I've only been working for Anderson for a short period of time but has been the best experience I've ever had in my career! Very caring and supportive of their employees. Anderson has shown me how easy it is to get what you want as long as you work for it. This is not a "job" it is a career!
