What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
N/A - I have been meeting with clients online only. In future, I can discuss use of mask per client request, ensure proper cleanliness of office when meeting in person
Therapy
Get started with an intro session, leading into regular 50 minute online therapy sessions. During our time together, we get to know each other and begin to tackle issues that are creating stress in your life.
I utilize CBT and ACT while we go through time, and give you things to consider and work on in between sessions to optimize our time together and continue working toward the goals you have set.
It is important to me that you do not feel alone, and that you have hope for peace and for your future.
