Oscar Steve is one of the most gracious people I have ever met. He was always there for me during the whole design process. It made no difference how busy he was he was always responsive to me. Oscar designed my logo, my business cards, and my social media marketing cover pages. Oscar also designed the labels that are going to be put on my first product which is a smoked salsa. When I first browsed the web, I just meant to brainstorm and get a basic idea of the options I may have. But the manager Jack was very friendly and helpful to show me various samples, making me eager to create one logo for myself. The price charged is not low, in my opinion, based on the amount of my current income, but it is also true the designer Joshua spent much time and effort on it. We made changes probably eight to ten times, from the color, size, position and objects nearby. And she was willing to try out what I imagined, even though the original one may be chosen eventually. She turned the vague imagination in our mind to a concrete image, which I can discuss with my husband. For example, the windshield was black in the first image, then we tried gray xolor and also transparent. The way she shows transparency is to show the hands of the driver through the windshield. I love it. If I open my own business in future, I will consider Anax design again. Their services cannot be replaced by merely downloading an app to your own cell phone and doing the logo by yourself. More...

I ordered a website from them; they were very professional when they started, and also I paid them in advance. We had to change a few things on our website, and they were super responsive, but after a few days, they don't even pick up the call or reply to our email.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATES OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. IT'S NOT AN ACCURATE REFLECTION OF THE EXPERIENCE YOU MAY HAVE WITH THEM. PLEASE SHOP AROUND FOR DEVELOPERS WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. The turnaround times are ridiculous. I have worked with Jack, Nick, and lastly, Jason. My experience with Nick was probably the best. He was the only one who actually followed up as promised. Jack was the worst. Jason is knowledgeable but then again, he doesn't followup like Nick does. A word of caution, he doesn't like to address women by their name, he likes to call you "honey" . I personally have a problem with paying people only to have to followup several times. I've paid my money with no problem. I keep being told that the developer is the blame for the delays which is convenient because I've never talked to "the developers". On 9/1 I spoke with Oscar and it became apparent why they all operate unprofessionally. All of the guys with the exception of Nick are argumentative. They do not listen. They do not follow instructions. They feel they are always right and it doesn't matter what the customer thinks. I've spent money for work that was done on their terms. Their comprehension is lacking. I hate I ever used this company. I asked for a refund of some kind for all of the drama and waiting times. They refuse! I don't recommend this company to anyone. I have been working with Jason at Anax Designs for quite some time in having him build a very complex ordering system. Although there were some miscommunications over the course of building this system, Jason was glad to take the directives to correct the site and get it working as intended as some of the complexities of the work that was needed is difficult to understand from someone not familiar with the business that the website is needed for. It's been a month since I was supposed to have my web design but until now nothing is done. I have an appointment on Monday with the director let see because they took my money since the first week. Last time I check they show a blank page without anything in regard with my company. I will let you know what happens next week Like I said if there was 0 star that's what I would click on it . The web is published without design specifity nothing from the requested even the language more without my permission.Anax Design is the worst web design ever and their director Jason whatever his title might be was so proud telling me how he is making more that 10k per month to bullie me the fact I was paying 6oo only.i because it spent hours like he said he will not t give my money back ever the service was not delivered he asked for who am first because he has to get pay for talking to me not the design.
