Ana Rosa and her team did a wonderful job doing a deep clean on our new house. It was very messy due to some construction and everything was sparkling and smelling good after a few hours. We had a no call no show on 7/29 with a different company and really needed our house looking great on the 31st putting us in a tough position. I reached out to Ana's through yelp and they responded almost instantly and were able to accommodate a last second cleaning next day. I have never hired a housekeeping service before, but I will again, and it will be through Ana Rosa's housekeeping. The girls that came over were really nice and pleasant to be around. My dog also really liked them, she reads people pretty well.On top of the wonderful customer service, they did an outstanding job on my house. They deep cleaned it, they really didn't forget a single detail, from the microwave to the toaster over, everything was brilliantly white and clean. Two ladies from Ana Rosa's came to clean our house about a week ago and spent 2 to 3 hours doing a very good, deep cleaning. We paid $350 total. They cleaned items I wasn't expecting, such as all of my trash cans, my espresso maker, my oven and they did a very deep cleaning in our bathtub, as well as our sink in the bathroom. Refrigerator and windows are extra, so we decided not to do it this time, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it next time.  I highly recommend this cleaning service! More...

Ana Rosa was great. She came into our house, which hadn't been lived in in months, and cleaned it up until it was glistening. It was cleaner than it's been in years. I hired Ana Rosa for house cleaning as I could not use my right arm fully secondary to an injury and I am grateful for their excellent service I have received. I called on a Friday and they arrived the same day and cleaned my townhouse spotless for me to enjoy for the weekend.Within two hours, Ana Rosa and a second cleaner deep cleaned my two- bedroom place which received a thorough cleaning of all rooms, including floors and windows and organization of all clutters. My place was so clean and looked so beautifully rearranged giving me peace and tranquility.They are incredibly fast and completed in two hours what would have taken me all day! Called on a Friday to see if she could come the house and she had an opening on Monday. Showed up an hour earlier then when she said she could be here. So far, so great!  After a deep clean and a couple of Air bnb turnarounds, we can say that Ana Rosa is reliable and thorough!  It is important that our guests have a clean rental, so it is important to us that our home sparkles and shines. I am so incredibly happy with the service we received. Ana came to my home about a week ago to check things out and give me a quote. At first I was a little shocked by her quote however she was deep cleaning a 2 story, 1900 sq ft home that was neglected for about a year. I was not home when Ana did our house keeping and I trusted her whole heartedly. I wasn't concerned about our belongings or our pets. I just began to use Ana and her crew for cleaning every two weeks. She has been here only once, but she runs a cheerful, fun-loving hard-working, detail  oriented and meticulous group of ladies who really really do not like dust from whatever source. They seem to be about as good as a cleaning crew gets. I enjoyed having them work with and around me. The house is spotless, especially places where no one else seems to get (top of doors, top of fridge, corners of windowsills etc. She's not cheap but she's not overpriced and I would recommend her highly. Ana is WONDERFUL!!!I have never ever hired a maid.  She was the first and she was an angel!  I found myself in a desperate situation on a Saturday and needed help ASAP.  She was the only maid service that was open.  I left a message and got a return call immediately.  I also only got one cell phone bar on our new property and she even was willing to text with me as service was in and out.  She was VERY flexible and communicative.  I loved that! My husband and I had just moved 500 miles.  We were told that our new house was all clean and ready for move-in.  It was NOT!  It was filthy.  We had tons of boxes and our U-Haul moving truck to unload...unpacking, etc.  But I wasn't going to put one thing away until the house was cleaned!I was exhausted from all the packing, boxing, moving, driving, moving our 2 dogs, moving/hauling our horse, I was sleep deprived, sore and hungry....plus facing cleaning the house all by myself (my husband was doing all the moving) just put me over the edge and overwhelmed me!  I was on the verge of tears.Ana came.  She has such a positive attitude!  She got to work right away.  Having her there instantly made me feel better.  She worked very very hard.  We kept finding new things that added to her list of things to do...for example I let one of the many wood blinds down and OMG they were covered in a layer of filth!  So, I asked her to please clean / wipe them all down.  She did such a beautiful job and all with a smile.  I am SO thankful for her!!!Ana was at our house for many hours.  She made it possible for us to unpack and start moving in that evening.  I'm very thankful for her.  Upon leaving, she also mentioned that her husband is a professional landscaper.  At the front and back of our house, plus around / through our deck boards, there are very aggressive blackberry bushes and weeds that need to be tamed.  My husband called him and he came to gave a free estimate.  We do not have a lot of money and are stretched very thin.  He was very willing to work with our budget and he will be coming this Saturday to help us out!  We live down a one mile gravel / dirt road.  Both of them are very gracious in coming all the way out to our rural home.  I highly recommend Ana!  She relieved a very stressful situation and helped make everything work out happy! I concur with all previous reviews, Ana Rosa is absolutely FANTASTIC !!!She and her daughter just cleaned a rental house in west Petaluma for me yesterday which took them 4. 5 hours straight, non-stop.  The house had been "cleaned" already by a "professional" house cleaning company hired by tenant after they moved out.  I was not impressed with the result and decided to have it cleaned again at my own expense.  I could not believe the amount of dirt and grime Ana Rosa still found and was able to remove.  Every corner, baseboard, shelve, sills, drawer, surface and appliance was thorough cleaned including the top and underneath of refrigerator.  The bathrooms and kitchen literally sparkled believe it not.  Being a landlord for over 20 years, I've learned not to expect too much.  To have Ana surprised me with such meticulousness, I felt like I hit the jackpot.  Ana and her daughter were also very nice and polite, and their charges were most reasonable on top of everything else.  I cannot recommend them any higher.
