Stoped in on Monday. It was a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing.I took in my g36c. They took a quick look at it and hooked me up the parts I needed and even reassembled my hopop for me. They refered me to the proper bucking for a lesser price. They answered every question I had and made sure I had everything I needed. The prices may be a buck or two more than online. But you can't get the same quality of service and face to face interaction with an online retailer.10/10 I recommend and will be back. More...

Seeing a couple recent low end reviews made me post this. I went here about two weeks ago just to see what the store and airsoft was about. I am a paintball player and it's just too expensive to play. I went here at 6 pm and the cashier helped me through all my questions and concerns for a full 2 hrs even for 10 mins past close. A couple customers came in throughout the two hours and I respectfully stepped aside for their business transactions. However as soon as they were done the employee happily kept helping me. I will be sure to shop here for all my airsoft needs once I invest in the sport. So glad there is a local store I can depend on that is super helpful to all customers. More...

This place is pretty cool, definitely different from their old store. Very easy to get to off of the highway. They sell a lot of different things for airsoft from what I could tell. Drove to Amped from Canton, OH. I’m originally from the Burgh, but it was well worth the trip. Very large inventory and at very competitive prices compared to e-stores. Customer service was outstanding. My son’s gun had been giving him trouble, Ethan devoted an entire hour to fixing it and making it better than when it came out of the box. I went here on 6/9/2018, 36 miles from home, to buy a G&G CM M4 included in a starter bundle with things such as safety gear, BBs, and a universal charger with a good battery. The staff are friendly, greeting people almost as soon as they walk in.
