A place where price cannot beat the quality of service. I am very impressed with the entire welcoming atmosphere. Food itself is fantastic, and the background music definitely fits in. Kathrina was our server and she is amazing, never runs out of energy and gave us a lot of options. My wife and I visited Amore last Monday, and was met at the front door by the owner Ms. Vjosa, and welcomed like it was their home rather than their business… being our first visit, she showed us around the restaurant and was obviously very proud of their place, then seated for an amazing dinner, served by an amazing waiter, Jason, who literally went out of his way to be attentive to us (we watched Jason as he took great care of all of his tables, so it wasn’t just for us); Jason their brought the owner, Alford, to our table, telling him it was our first visit, and he was very gracious, and returned to our table with two customized, hand buttered rolls, and a fruit plate; after a DELICIOUS dinner, Alford, the owner, returned to our table bringing us a ‘warmed glass of Cognac’ for us to enjoy! We enjoyed this evening so much, that we returned the following Thursday, with a friend, to celebrate her Birthday, and again, both owners were their to greet us; Theresa, the hostess, invited us the bar for a before dinner libation, and Jean, the bar hostess, attended to us will great care; then Theresa seated us promptly, for another awesome dinner experience, conducted by Jason again, who made us feel like we were the only customers there, and made our friends Birthday a ‘special event’ although the restaurant was very crowded! The restaurant business is a tough one, but when the stars all align, and you have a staff (hostess, waiters, chefs, bartenders) coupled with owners that truly care for their customers AND the quality of the food AND the service, you have found a very rare experience, and Amore, in Montgomery, Texas, is just this! Charles the Bar Manager does an amazing job! He has vastly improved the bar in a short time. He is a very good mixologist and very knowledgeable in wines. It is a shame that the bar area on busy evenings is under staffed and makes it difficult for Charles to interact with all of the restaurant patrons to share his knowledge and expertise. More...

Huge shoutout to one of the owners Ms.Vj with Amore Seafood in montgomery! I called and told her my idea for the proposal, she asked me to come in and speak with her and they did a fantastic job. Our server was Mr.Henry and would reccomend you to ask for him for sure!! I was able to set up a "business dinner" with them, and had it planned for stacies family and one of her best friends to show up as surprise guests during the proposal. Vj had her pianist come in early and played a song specially for us and even brought out the champagne for a toast and flowers! I didnt get to speak with the pianist but he sure was good! If you have that special occasion you should definitely make a reservation and get in here!! More...

Bar Manager Charles knows all the classics - a wonderful Old Fashioned, top notch martinis and more - and creates special drinks with fresh ingredients (such as a rosemary lemon drop made with a rosemary syrup he creates with fresh rosemary). Bartenders Chris and Angie are the best. A sophisticated lounge beautifully appointed. Happy Hour specials week days and live music two days each week. I absolutely love this place. Chris the bartender is fantastic! he always ensures we have what we need and suggest an item we didn't even know we needed! Charles was awesome!
