I was moving out of a house. I had a pup with a bladder issue and there was alot of urine and I didn’t want to replace the carpet, but I’m glad I didn’t. i have used Paul before and he continues to do a fantastic job on my carpet. He was honest and trustworthy he called me to let me know he was on his way. I don't usually put reviews online but I definitely wanted to give a shout out to Paul at America's Choice. My wife and I moved into a house near Lackland last month and the house had been cleaned by another carpet cleaner the day before, however three days later a stain about the size of a basketball reappeared on the living room carpet. We called our property manager to let them know so they called the cleaner. The cleaner told the manager it would be another charge to come back out and remove the stain and that if the stain came back, it would continue to resurface again. After making a few phone calls on our own, we found the minimum charge by the hand full of companies we called had a minimum charge of at or near $100. Then we called Paul at America's Choice and he also said he had a minimum charge of $90 which was reasonable after hearing some of the other quotes. Paul asked us what had happened so we explained we had just moved here and told him about the stain but that we were also on a budget. After he looked up our address, he informed me he had a job just a few blocks from us on the following Tuesday. He asked if we could wait, he could stop by after that job and he could work on the stain removal and do it for $65. Sure enough, he came out and removed the stain with a scrub buffer which required no water. It has been about 3 weeks and the stain never resurfaced. I called America's Choice and they came out and did an excellent job, they picked up furniture and did a great job on the carpet and then put the furniture back down and left the room ready to be rented.
