Desk and chair ordered in March 2021. After five months of back and forth, poor follow up and communication we rented a truck and drove to a freight depot to pick up the pieces. When we asked for a refund of $77 rental cost and gas we were told no. We are still waiting to hear back on replacing the chipped glass top. Do business at your own risk. More...

Terrible service. I ordered my furniture in February, the sales person told me that it will take 6 weeks for delivery. I called several times and no one had any information about my order. Finally in June 4th I was told that the furniture will not arrive until August. More...

We ordered our wicker furniture July 26th and was promised delivery in 3 to 4 weeks except for one item that would be delivered in 5 to 6 wks. Around 3 weeks later I received an email saying that everything was on track with no issues and delivery would be scheduled soon. After 6 weeks I contacted the rep to ask for a delivery update and was told it would be 8 to 9 weeks before delivery. There's a reason they want you to pay 100% upfront, so when they start to give you false hope and fabricate the real delivery truth, your not able to cancel the order and they leave you hanging. We were then told that our furniture was set to be delivered in November, but when it arrived 1 item was missing and 1 item was damaged. We finally received the last two items December 4th after I threaten to contact the State Attorneys office and take legal action. Lesson learned when purchasing rattan/wicker furniture you are better off buying from a location where you can visibly see the items because the pictures online are deceiving and the colors do not match. We were told one lie after another for months and they are defiantly trained to tell you what you want to hear upfront with no intension to deliver as promised. Ordered furniture June 22, 2020. One out of 4 pieces delivered. When I ordered I was told it would be 8 weeks until delivery. It now, 11 weeks out. Customer service has been a nightmare to work with. We ordered 6 dining room chairs and David was great-helpful in sending sample swatches of fabric and stained rattan. And it was very easy dealing with David and the company. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the delivery company, Peace Transport. And reading some of the other reviews, it appears that a new delivery company should be looked for, since our delivery was supposed to be one day and then promised for the next morning and didn't arrive until late afternoon. We paid for "white glove" and my husband and I did most of the "cleaning and set up". The driver and helper were nice, but somehow being nice doesn't excuse being a day and a half late. I have purchased a few items from this company in 2019. The corner shelf is absolutely beautiful and came in excellent condition. The honeymoon set appears well made and upholstery on chairs was done well. We had breakage on the glass top. It took some time for the replacement but it did come and I am pleased. Also ordered was a media cabinet. The quality of the piece (the finish) is less than the others but in all serves it purpose well. I LOVE my new furniture - it is just as I expected. The delivery was a day later than stated on the tracker, but the driver was polite and courteous. Thanks for all your help! (just as a separate note - I had received a confirming e-mail from my salesman but it went in my spam folder - they needed a return response prior to them being able to ship my items - once they received my confirmation e-mail my order was shipped immediately - I followed it on the shipment tracker and even though it had reached the local terminal the shipper called to schedule delivery the day after it was due to be delivered - not a big deal and they needed to confirm someone would be here to receive the delivery). This is an update to my review on April 16, 2019. American Rattan contacted a local glass company in my area and they came out to my home and measured the table tops for the glass. The glass company had my table tops to me within one week, which made me very happy. Had this entire situation been handled this way from the beginning, I would have given American Rattan 5 stars, as the furniture is truly beautiful and I'm very happy with it. But since I had still had to wait over a month, I feel it only fair to give them 4 stars. More...

We recently purchased a sofa and chair from Tony, who was most professional and helpful. He answered our many questions and arranged for our furniture to be built and shipped to Florida. Everything went on schedule and our furniture arrived in Florida for shipment to the Bahamas. The couch and sofa are absolutely perfect for our tropical home and are very well built and upholstered.
