I ordered an American Heritage pool table through Costco. Dave with American Heritage called me to review the order, as well as the process of shipping and installation of the table. Dave’s customer service was excellent. He was able to answer all of my questions and alleviate all of my concerns. Dave is an asset to American Heritage. It’s nice to see a company recognize the value in exceptional customer service and have people like Dave to drive their business.The table is now installed and it exceeded expectations. WOW! Just had the table delivered and set up yesterday and what a BEAUTY! It is so well made, style is awesome and it comes with everything you need! So so so pleased with the purchase. And beyond the product, the company, American Heritage, is so personable, responsive and accommodating. I needed some special arrangements because it was a surprise for my husbands 50th birthday and they went above and beyond to help keep it a secret and arrange for delivery when it worked best for the surprise. We've now purchased 4 items from American Heritage Billiards -- A full pool table set, extra chairs, a popcorn popper, and now an air hockey table! Dave is just amazing, he takes the time to explain things so they're clear and never pressures you into making a purchase. Each time I've called he treats me with complete respect and never hurries me off the phone, even though I ask a ton of questions. I believe customer service is a dying art, but Dave and American Heritage Billiards are still doing a fabulous job and know how to treat their customers. We purchased the Paxton Ultimate Billiard Collection through Costco (Made by American Heritage). The package contained just about everything we'd need for our new rec. room. The quality is outstanding! The table is beautiful and matches the photos displayed on the website (As does all the furniture).The customer service from American Heritage was excellent! They provided a local pool table installer to set-up the table (Leveling and assembly). This was our first table and we really needed professional help to get it going. 'Dave' (American Heritage) was on the phone with me shortly after we placed the order with Costco. He explained the whole delivery process, installation, everything! And when I had questions, he was extremely prompt to answer!The price was great - the service was great - We absolutely love the pool table and all the furniture and highly recommend American Heritage!!! Dave in customer service is professional, personable, detail oriented, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to find an out of stock item and make sure that two of our orders were shipped together. He gave fast and frequent communication on shipping time and a thorough product description. It's people like this that make decent companies great. I recently purchased the Homestead Bar and 4 Sloan adjustable height Stools. The stools were very easy to put together as well as the bar. order this about 2 weeks ago and they were shipped on time. Had minor issue with one stool but i reached out to AHB's sales/cust svc and they were so helpful and will be replacing the 1 stool without any hassle. Just purchased the Angelina Wine Cabinet for my dining room and could not be happier with the quality of the product. The color is beautiful and exactly what I was hoping it would look like to match my room! This unit is very functional too, it holds a ton of wine and liquor bottles and its drawers and a glass cutting surface make it very easy to “bartend” all in one spot. Great item!! More...

When I graduated from college, I had a breakfast bar in my first apartment and I ordered 3 of the least expensive stools with the chrome base and black leather seat.
