Based upon you and your workout partner’s health and fitness assessments, we will directly tailor each session specifically to both of your needs to help you achieve your health and fitness goals together.

We directly tailor exercises for the group session to help you all achieve your health and fitness goals together. Individualized exercises will be added if ability levels vary.

We will discuss what your daily eating and physical activity habits are like and cover any injuries or medical information that would be helful to know prior to starting a workout program. After discussing we will do a physical assessment. It will consist of a few simple exercises testing your range of motion and muscle strength. This information provides your trainer with baseline knowledge about you and allows them to properly program your future workouts specifically for you.
