Overall a wonderful experience. From the warm and friendly greeting I received from Anna and Abby at the front, impeccably clean studio, to the incredibly gorgeous lashes from my stylist, Kassidy. Brooke is an ALL STAR! I am a tomboy at heart with a 3 year old and was looking for something to ease my routine while spicing my look up a bit. My first appointment was good, it was with another stylist and I thought I liked what she had done, but I went home and that’s when sudden change was prevalent and shock set in. So I proceeded to freak out and thought that I wasted money, because I thought I looked crazy. The studio reach out the next day to follow up with my appointment and to tell me it was okay to wash my lashes, so I told them how unhappy I was feeling with my choice. They had me come meet with Brooke. She and I talked about everything, she hugged me as I cried at the thought of spending more money sunk in, and took the time to prove to me that she knew the type of lash and length she would recommend for me. After a few days of me dramatically being on the fence I scheduled an appointment with Brooke. She clearly understands what I needed. I just left with exactly what I wanted and feeing amazing. The front desk ladies were amazing and super nice. At first the lashes looked alright, not exactly what I was expecting. . but I’m not one to say anything on the spot. They were for my wedding and I have an up close professional picture of myself from that day (2 days after the extensions) and they just weren’t very good. Kind of disappointing. It’s been a week and 2 days since I got them done and they are pretty much gone. Despite me not being an eye toucher and a back sleeper. I’m not sure if that’s normal? I don’t know very much about extensions as this was my first time ever getting them done. I’ve enjoyed having them, but I have seen better. I have been going to Amazing Lash Studio (ALS) - Eagan for about 1 yr. now, but I've been an ALS customer since Jan 2018. Overall, I have been pleased with the service . They do a great job with extensions. The pro of going to a franchise type studio is the customer service - if there ever is an issue, they work with you to resolve and have both parties happy. I have had my good share of good and bad estheticians, so recommend asking for recommendations from the staff or manager. At the Eagan location, I highly recommend Paige. She does an amazing job, super thorough and full lashes. For first timers - really nothing to worry about. You lay on a table with your eyes closed for about 1.5 hours - zero pain. Recommend not drinking a lot of caffeine. If you have issues with things near your eye.... maybe not the best option...The price is average for extensions nowadays. Intro offer - First full set of lashes: $79.99 - $89.99. From there, getting a membership is the easiest route. Approx. $60-70 depending on location. The membership gets you one refill per month, plus discounts on products. The refill credit can be put towards other services, like full set, volume, etc.Extensions are really the way to go these days! Save so much time getting ready and you always look put together, even when you're not ;) (ha!)The other location I have been to is Mission Valley, CA.Highly recommend giving ALS a shot! More...

Every single person who works here is amazing. Every time they talk to you they make it a point to remember details and bring it up next time. I had a very relaxing experience. Kassidy had to fix previous lashes from somewhere else and try to find my own stumpy lashes! I didn't feel any pulling or pinching, she was wonderful. Love my lashes!! Amazing Lash waiting area is so clean! And what I really liked is they use sterilized tools each time, out of a package! The reception area was amazing. The ladies took there time with me to explain so many things. I didn't feel like any question was a dumb question. They are also very, very organized! I’m from Germany and thought a lot of letting my Lashes done because I never had ones Before.I used a Lash serum some months before so My own lashes are strong and long but I wanted them thicker.
