I just moved to this area and for my first lash appointment I luckily got Andrea as my lash artist. Andrea is AMAZING!!! ! I cant say enough good things about her. She is so gentle, takes her time, and does a beautiful job. My lashes stay on and look great for at least 3 weeks and I get compliments on them up until the day I get a fill. I came in on my birthday on the 3rd of December to sign up for the 3 month membership of 69.99 and a full set of volume lashes with the 6D glam, they were cute on day one but then I started to notice I was shedding my lashes a lot quicker than usual, as I have been at this salon before and I loved the service and lashes. Fast forward to day 5 of having my lashes and they were legit almost halfway gone... I was upset to say the least, I paid a lot to get the dramatic look to look cute on my birthday. The girl who had done my full set was very nice and very professional I have no complaints about her. However today on the 7th or December i called at 9 am to see if they could retouch my lashes since I hadn't had them for a week and they were already almost all gone. Victoria has always been incredible every visit and was adamant to help me get the service I paid for. I was scheduled at 1:40 pm for a 20 min session at no charge with Lisa, a master stylist, but upon looking at my lashes she did notice that 20 minutes would not be enough to fully fill in all that was missing from my lashes. It was a lot of work to get done in only 20 minutes so she talked to  the girls in front and they agreed to let me see Aly at 2:15 ish for 30 minutes at no charge. HOWEVER (bare with me I'm getting to the good part) 30 minutes was still not enough to fill in all the missing lashes I had. So aly did what she could but i was still not satisfied. I wanted the full look I had paid for even though I was charged for and my chart said I got a hybrid all I had left on my lashes was volumes when I came in prior to seeing Lisa or aly, in just 5 days of getting my "full set".. I know ... I was upset but I know these girls do their best and see so many people a day, you can't blame people for being people and not being perfect. Who is? I was informed that, even though all stylists are good at what they do not all are at the "master" or "senior" stylist level. My original stylist was very nice and always checked in to see if I was doing good but my lashes were almost completely gone on day 5, I can't blame her because I know she isn't a master stylist but I did want what I paid for. Upon seeing how I was still not satisfied victoria  said I could be seen again for another 30 minutes at 5 pm with Lisa at no charge to me since it wasn't my fault with the outcome of the lashes. I had gotten  the "maintain the look" package during my first visit so I knew I was doing my best to maintain my lashes and the lashes just weren't budging. They were flipping and hurting my eyes and falling out by barely even touching them. Luckily Lisa had a no show so I was seen at 3:15 and Victoria let me know that if she needed more than 30 minutes it would be okay and I wouldn't be charged. Im so grateful that Lisa was happy to help me as she saw how my lashes looked and knew exactly what I wanted/needed to look my best for the value I paid for. Victoria is the most caring and sympathetic  human ever. I love her! 10/10 for amazing customer service. Even though I was a little upset , the girls at amazing lash were more than understanding and willing to get me the service I paid for and the look I wanted. I was even allowed to stay a bit after to use the fan to help with drying the glue, and I cannot stress enough how great victoria is. She truly cares. Most people are just there to sell you a pitch and get you in and out to get someone else to buy what their selling. Not victoria and lisa. Both of them took their time and were just great.  I am in love with my lashes and will keep making appointments with Lisa. She did an incredible job at saving my lashes and was super friendly and professional. 10/10 would most definitely recommend. If you come to the studio and don't get what you paid for or wanted you don't have to be rude or mean. These girls will work with you to best of their ability to insure you walk out gorgeous (more than when you came in lol) and feeling confident. I had gone to two other places to have eyelashes done in the past. Small and locally, however, I always realized it would take about 2 days before my eyes would feel normal again (red-ness, pain), and that they didn't last nearly as long. After my first appointment with amazing lash studio- even my boyfriend complimented on how natural they looked. Thanks to the high-end products and detailed education of all the staff I've had no reactions, was out in record time, and I can tell they're going to last quite a while. My first experience was decent. I glanced at mirror at end of service and rushed to work. The lashes looked good however the next morning when I was getting ready for work I realized I was missing a whole corner of my right eye so I called right away. They mentioned they can do a free 20 min touch up they scheduled me in for the touch up where I then was seen by yanet. In just those 20 minutes she was able to give me a more dramatic look as I had asked for during my first visit and she was definitely able to fill in the corner that was missing. I rescheduled an appointment for 2 weeks for my fill with her. My lashes look amazing and I now went from being there "ok" to they look so good ! Thank you so much More...

I love this studio! Britney is an incredible stylist; meticulous and fast! She's also very kind and great conversation. The staff and owner are so friendly and accommodating and my lashes are always sturdy and make me feel so beautiful. I can stretch them to three weeks if I need to with proper care but I usually do every two weeks. It has improved my routine exponentially in the sense that with the beautiful full lashes I don't need to wear makeup as often or as much makeup. My skin is clearer because I wear less makeup and I get tons of compliments. My makeup routine has also cut the time in half and I can be out the door in ten minutes. Out of all of my beauty routines, this has saved me the most amount of time and has made the most difference in my daily life. The price is also very competitive and ends up being less than wearing strip lashes every day. My lash extensions are something I wish I had done sooner and something I can't imagine going without. So when I started going here my first couple experiences weren't the most pleasant. The first lady got glue in my hair and didn't even tell me. I could feel her messing with something but obviously my eyes were closed so I couldn't see.For some reason, I stayed and decided to give it a couple more tries. They are really great when it comes to customer service and if you don't like something or aren't happy with your service, they do fix it.I was convinced to get a membership and I am so glad I did. I went through quite a few people before I found Amanda one day when I wasn't happy with my previous set of lashes. She was the one scheduled to fix them for me. And now I won't go to anyone else. Edit: I received a call from Camille regarding my yelp review. She asked me to explain what happened and extended her apologies and asked me to come in again to meet with the master stylist MICHELLE. I am so happy now!! I actually developed a severe irritation after my previous visit and the entire process burned like crazy. MICHELLE explained that the gel pads they use under your eyes must have been in contact with my eye.         MICHELLE executed the lashes I originally envisioned. They are wispy and the process was 100% pain free. Ladies, a burning sensation is not normal. Please speak up if you feel discomfort. Thank you Camille. I did not expect to be offered a follow up to adjust my lashes. Michelle is awesome. Spoke to me like a human being and talked me through the process.I went in today for the first time and was lashed by HARMONY. I asked for style hybrid, cute. Supposed to be fuller than their 'classic' and longer in the middle than on the sides to make your eyes appear bigger. It literally just looks like I got my natural lashes curled. Granted, the lash line is darker but the length appears the same all across.        HARMONY did not look like she wanted to be there today. She had headphones in and listened to her own music. I told her it was my first time when I walked in and she did not explain ANYTHING to me during the entire process. She even stepped out of the room while my eyes were shut (I guess she forgot something?) without saying anything. Wow!  I posted a review about SERVICE and within 1 hour I received a call from the General Manager/District Manager wanting to hear more about the situation.  I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 because the product and the techs are amazing (pun LOL) but the service delivery needed some work (which happens in retail - it's always a challenge).  The first line of defense, of a customers experience - is the front desk and local (in store) management.  If that fails then it's the ol adage one awww shoot will wipe out a thousand Woo-hoo's.  So Camille - you are to be applauded for your diligence in caring about your studios reputations and reaching out to resolve "service" issues.  I will remain a loyal customer because the product is spectacular.  Thanks for wanting the staff to be the best they can be to continue to build the Amazing Lash brand. She always gives the best advice on which lash style and length I should have for my face shape. Her work is definitely worth the extra money for the master fee. Here are my experiences with 6-month membership:May 10th - First Full Set done by Marcela. She was new as in FIRST day of working at this studio. She's nice and friendly. Since it's her first day and me being first-timer here. I couldn't compare yet. But it took her 2 hours to get the full lashes done. The size she set for me was #13 with "Natural" style. Her work was good and it lasted long (4 weeks for me).  Seemed like the lashes really hold that longer than expected. My only comment was she's not so careful at that time because  she accidentally hit my right cheek with the little fan to dry the glue on my lash extensions. And my right lashes were full than my left lashes.  June 7th - 1st Refill done by Anissa. Her work was good too. She's very nice and friendly. She's very careful and the whole process took only 45 mins. The lashes holds longer too just like my first full set. The size she set for me was #13 just like the first one but "Gorgeous" style. My comment was at that time my left lashes were full than my right lashes at that time. July 2nd - 2nd Refill done by Ayiesha. Her work was good too. She's very nice and friendly. She's very careful and quick. The whole process took 45 mins as well just like my 1st refill with Anissa. But this time I asked to changed the length of the lashes to #16 (it was previously #13) with the same "Gorgeous" style.  Apparently, this time the lash extensions did not hold long enough. I noticed on the first week, the lashes are falling off already. I could tell because the #16 lashes were falling off first before the remaining #13 lashes on my natural lashes. Also, I already noticed something was off from my right lashes than my left lashes at that time. My left lashes are fine and full enough compared to my right lashes. I called ALS Rancho Cucamonga and complained about it but I was told by Britney, since they're the longest length of lashes #16, they're probably didn't hold much longer on my natural lashes that's why it started to fall off even on the first week I had them. My point was why didn't the stylist ever warned me that this could happen. Of course, I wanted longer lashes but that will hold long. She should recommend what's best.I wish I could go back to Anissa (stylist) but my schedule does not jive with hers. So tonight will be my 3rd refill and I was scheduled with Alex at 8:10pm. I am hoping they will be able to correct these. I will definitely change to #15 or #14.I will update my review as time goes on. If they were able to correct it then I'll be giving them 4 or maybe 5 stars. ------------So here's my update from last night's 3rd Refill session with Alex (07.24.2019).I'm so glad I posted my review before I headed to ALS RC, because the Manager - Camille, responded to my review. I think that's a great gesture. I'm very delighted and so far I'm satisfied with the service that Alex gave me last night along with the other 2 nice ladies at the reception (I wished I got their names). Alex paid attention to my issues and concerns about my previous lashes and she explained to me very well all the different styles, length, thickness and the strongest glue that suits my natural lashes. This time I got the "Volume 6D sexy style". She did a great job! I love my new lashes! I already scheduled my next appointment with her. And I'm sticking with her as my new stylist. Kudos Alex! I have also updated this review from 3 stars to 4 stars. Wait until a few weeks how truly satisfied I am with the quality of the Volume 6D lashes before I finally move this up to 5 stars! :)Aug 21st - my 4th lash refill. I'm happy Alex remembered me and she's actually expecting me to come back after 3 weeks. Although she commended that I still maintained my lashes. Apparently, they ran out of the lash #15 so she gave me #13 instead so some of the lashes were longer & some were short. But not a big deal because it blended well.Sep 13th - my 5th refill. I came after 3 weeks to make sure my lashes were still good and not sparse.  Alex made sure they have a stock of the #15 when I came in for my refill. Everything went well. Oct 3rd - my 6th refill. Again, I came after 3 weeks from my last visit. Everything went great. Alex did a great job again. She's quick but really careful and she made sure I was comfortable and happy with my fresh 6D volume Iashes. And on this day was my last refill for the 6-month membership that I signed up for. And it was the time to decide whether I'll stick with ALS or not. But I chose to stick with them. I was told I can take a 2-month break later on if I wish to. But so far so good. I already scheduled my next visit. Because of the good results from my 3rd to the last refill services; and also, overall, it turned out that I'm happy & satisfied now with the service and how management reacted and treated the customer with care and respect. I'm giving them now a 5-star rating!I recommend, please look for Alex because she's the best! :) More...
