I started going to Amazing Lash Studio in October and signed up for their 1 refill a month membership. Overall I've had a great experience and I'm happy with my decision to stick with this place! I always call to schedule an appointment and it's a very easy process. I've seen a few different lash stylists and each one has been really great. The experience is relaxing and I've even fallen asleep a few times. They also have a 72-hour window where you can call and come in to get something fixed after your appointment, which I did once. I get the 6D hybrid lashes and they last about 2-3 weeks before I need to get another refill so I'm actually planning to upgrade to the 2 refill membership soon! More...

This is the first experience that I've ever had with lashes and I was freaking out because I just didn't know what to expect(Mainly because I would see people with them on and god knows if the person is taking care of them or hasn't gone for a refill but I just dont think that the patchiness doesn't look cute). Brianna is the best!! She actually takes the time to do a great job. Before I was noticing spaces when I got home but when she did my refill this last time I noticed right away as well as friends and family that they look like the advertisements...Definitely recommend her!!

I went in for lash extensions and came out looking absolutely gorgeous. I was a bit skeptical getting them done because i have never done my lashes before, but the girls at the studio were amazing and filled me in on everything that i needed to know. I would totally recommend amazing lash studio if you're looking for lash extensions because they last a long time and the studio is very relaxing and comforting. Always had an amazing experience at this location. However I wasn’t informed when my membership was renewed. I’m bow stuck with a giftcard that has $139. All I was wanting was to be refunded for the 2 months of 69.99 that I had no idea I was charged for. I booked an appt online and received a message asking me to call and confirm. I called and the receptionist said "great, see you tomorrow! " An hour before my appointment today I received a text saying that since "the receptionist was unable to store a valid cc" my appt had been "deleted."  I had arranged my schedule, including work and childcare, and they didn't even apologize for cancelling on me an hour before. Like, who does that? What kind of business model is this? The receptionist did not ask for a cc, and the online booking sydidn't have a place to submit it either. They said I could call and reschedule, but, why would I?12/20 update. They called and left a very nice message apologize for the mixup and offering to Comp an upgrade. A friend had rec'd this location in the first place, and I really wanted to try extensions, so I called and they squeezed me in tonight. Everyone was friendly and Diane was great. I hadn't mentioned the incident in making the appt or arriving, was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay that they'd made the note to comp (I had selected the "featherweight add on) and did so.  I'm still getting used to the lashes, but made an appt in three weeks for a refill. Will see how I'm liking it then. My husband thought I'd gotten Botox but then realized it was my lashes, "I like long lashes!" But that's pretty typical for him ‍. More...

I absolutely LOVE this place. It was a blessing stumbling upon this place as I was having trouble finding someone that knew exactly what kind of style I wanted for my lashes. Shu was so patient and did magic on my eyes, considering I have such small lashes naturally. She is quite the perfectionist, which is what you need when it comes to lash extensions. I originally went into amazing Lash studio never having received any lash treatment prior. The receptionist at the front whose name was I believe Jazmin was one of the sweetest (and cutest ) girls there. I told her I wasn't sure which style to get but that I wanted mine to look like hers!
