First, set up a consult, where I can learn about you, your body, and goals more specifically. Then from there, I can plan out what a week will look like to achieve your goals. We can then schedule your personal training sessions, and I will also let you know what to do without me, including nutrition. Every session is 100% customized to achieve your personal fitness goals!

All aspects of my business has purpose and intent. From how I structure a session to marketing. Doing it how a big box gym did it, felt unnatural and not me. Creating "Amanda Wheeler Fitness" I can serve more people and make sure its exactly what is best for client and not restricted on building and growing. Overall it is to help Y-O-U more and to go outside of the box!

Yes, you can perform 60 minute personal training session over a video call such as facetime, zoom, or skype. If you don't have workout equipment, that is okay. We can work with what you have. There is so much to do and progress and challenge yourself with, using just your bodyweight! At home workouts are no joke!

The Private Personal Training Studio I train out of is deep cleaned daily. And we use disinfectant and hand towels to clean throughout the workout. There is hand santizer in many areas. And if you prefer to do your sessions virtual, that is also an option!
