How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It is my passion to connect with people and educate, encourage, and inspire clients towards their health and fitness goals. I have seen personally in my own life, close family and friends, as well as many clients, what the amazing effects of sustainable fitness & nutrition can do for your health and well-being. Most people believe it is a complicated and strenuous process, but it has become my passion to show others that this is NOT the case. My programs leave clients feeling energized and motivated for more, which is the key to healthy habits for life!

YES! I offer a custom, weekly strength training program through my own fitness app, The Fit Foodie (available on iOS and Google Play). This progressive program is geared towards women with options for in the gym or at home, and for all fitness levels. This is a total body resistance training program (and what I use personally) that focuses on building strength, getting toned, and improving health and metabolism.
I also offer my nutrition plans and coaching services fully remote as well.
In-Home Personal Training
I offer private in-home personal training services for individual sessions or small groups. Equipment is provided as needed, including: free weights, assorted bands, suspension trainers, medicine and physio balls, small portable rower, etc.
In-Studio Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions
I own AM Fitness and Cycle studio in Center Moriches, a fully-equipped fitness studio specializing in strength training and indoor cycling. Here I offer private personal training and small group training (privately scheduled OR public class schedule available). For privately scheduled sessions, you will have the entire studio space for yourself (no other interruption or interference).
Nutrition Plans and Coaching
I offer custom nutrition plans, macro splits, and coaching/accountability programs for all fitness goals, including: weight loss (cut), weight gain or muscle build (bulk), body recomposition (weight loss and muscle gain), and improvement of metabolism and health.
In-person or fully remote consultations available.
