What do you love most about your job?
I'm just getting into mental health coaching and what I love most about it is the satisfaction of seeing someone achieve their goals! Sometimes we're going to have to start small and that's okay, little habits turn into little successes that grow into a happy life. I love helping people grow into that happy life and sharing that journey with them!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to break away from the idea of treating mental illness without cultivating mental wellness. I have loved every job I've had as a mental health nurse, but the system is not built to prevent mental illness. The health system we have is so consumed with treating the mentally ill we don't teach how to be mentally well. I'm just trying to be the change I want to see.

I have the clinical knowledge as a nurse in mental health to curate a care plan that is backed by science. I'm a hard worker with a compassionate, non-judgmental heart, and I truly want to see you grow to a point you no longer need my help anymore!

Absolutely! I'm very flexible, we can do FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, whatever you're most comfortable with.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If we never meet in person, I'm totally fine with that! If you prefer to meet in person, I'll wear a mask and make sure to socially distance out of respect for your safety. I'm also fully vaccinated from Covid-19!
