Customer agrees to not hire anyone that has been sent to customer residence by Amaid Cleanliness to furnish housekeeping work. I understand that if I do hire such person I will have committed (1) torturous interference with a Maid Manager contractual relationship with that individual. (2) torturous interference with a Maid Manager prospective business advantage. I further understand that these causes of action can result in a judgment against me.
