Jen came out to measure and gave us a price... knowledgeable and sweet. Tom came on the day of our appointment... our rug had been a disaster and we had little expectation with the food and beverage stains from our elderly parent who lives with us. The rug looks amazing, they sanitized it and the electric recliner as well.. fast, professional, and it came out far beyond what we hoped for... and the room smells so fresh. What a great couple. I am extremely grateful to Tom for correctly diagnosing how to remove the two unsightly stains on my stair carpeting. I was almost certain that I would have to replace the carpeting so he really rescued me. He took his time examining the problem, asking me detailed questions, and even examining the home products I had already used ineffectively. He was highly knowledgeable and gave me many useful tips regarding the care and cleaning of carpet. Wool vs. synthetic. Do's and don'ts. He even put a protective coating on the entire staircase. He certainly knows his profession. I might add that his wife Jen is extremely accommodating, too, and scheduled an appointment immediately with me since we were leaving on a trip.
