My colleagues and I offer a wide range of psychological services. We all have similar basic training but each of us has developed different specialties. I, for example, have received additional training in Group Psychotherapy and therefore offer several psychotherapy groups in addition to couple and individual counseling.

What do you love most about your job?
I love discovering the new client's world and and imagining how they feel. I am excited to learn about the choices they have made and how they have worked out. I feel challenged by every case and I enjoy figuring out how to be helpful. It is very satisfying to see my clients struggle but progress and feel better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a counselor to decide what career to pursue after I had married and had three children in elementary school. The tests that I took indicated that I was interested in being a therapist and a teacher. I had already taught school for three years so I decided to get a graduate degree in counceling. In my training I enjoyed working in schools and hospitals but I liked seeing clients for longer periods of time than those institutions typically allowed so I decided that private practice would be good for me. As soon as I got licenced I rented an office. I liked being able to determine my hours because it allowed me to continue to support my family.

I am very experienced, sincere, hard working, and sensitive. I am flexible about treatment options and offer a wide range of options.
