I actually had flowers delivered by way of their website. Never went into the shop never made a phone call never met anybody there. They are outstanding. I had a sympathy bouquet delivered to the Widow of a friend of mine and she not only raved about the arrangement but sent me a photo. This morning I ordered the Teleflora Bee Well Bouquet, and it was delivered this afternoon to my Sister at a Rehab Center. The Bouquet has a stuffed yellow bee in the center that says, "Bee Well" My Sister loves it!

BEST little flower shop in Altamonte! They did a perfect job within a tight budget for my daughter's wedding two years ago. Stopped in today (Saturday after Valentine's Day). Not only did she remember my name & ask about my daughter, she prepped the perfect arrangement for my office & gave me lots of good advice in a quick 30 minute visit at a more than fair price ($27). I was looking for a spot to get a fresh bouquet of roses for a friend who passed away. I decided to give this place a shot. The customer service was excellent. Very helpful and extremely nice, I felt welcomed right away. I was indecisive on what to get. The owner gave me options and ideas for the bouquet, but I still couldn't decide lol So she told me it would be a few minutes and she would have something perfect for me. In no time the bouquet was ready. It turned out beautiful, with colors that would bring joy to anyone, gathered in a perfect vase with a bow tie on it. I ordered flowers at the last minute for my daughter's prom. They were ready when promised and looked beautiful. When I arrived to pick them up, the flowers were in a vase, but I needed them wrapped up in a bouquet (my fault for not telling them that when I placed the order). The owners were very gracious and gladly wrapped them up beautifully for presentation. I called and ordered an arrangement for services just hours later, and Taila was wonderful at helping me decide what I wanted and was very patient with the complicated message on my card. I've been a client of this florist for years. I am an interior designer in Washington, DC...and I order flowers from Altamonte Springs Florist - over the phone - and have them hand delivered to a very special life long friend who lives near the florist in Altamonte Springs. Naturally, being an interior designer...I have special requests.  And my requests are always granted and the delivered product is super nice. My friend in Altamonte Springs always photographs the arrangements and sends me the pictures. This florist does good work and they are professional and courteous. And they are polite too ! Being in San Francisco, I searched Google and Yelp (had no reviews yet) for a local florist to send a "Get Well" balloon bouquet for my sister in FL. She's a consummate "flower killer" (in her words) so balloons seemed a great pick-me-up alternative.Based on the Google search, I first called Springs Florist but after a very lengthy wait on their automated answering service, I tried Altamonte. Altamonte picked up on the second ring with a live person (Gail) who was extremely courteous and helpful with the order. At 11:45am EST, she ensured it would arrive same day. Indeed, the balloons arrived shortly thereafter much to my sister's surprise and delight of my 2 yr old nephew as well! It was a great touch that I  received email confirmations for both the purchase and delivery. Altamonte Springs' website states they are a "family owned and run florist"- and it's obvious they take great pride in their customer service and products. While I didn't have an opportunity to try their floral products, it's obvious they value their customers' time and hard earned $$. For that, I would be happy to give them my business again. More...
